Eric and his team are amazing. They always work with me to help me achieve my goals to get back to normal after breaking my leg. All the staff are very friendly and helpful at achieving your goals. I've seen numerous people come and go during the months I've been going to physical therapy at ApexNetwork Physical Therapy as this team frequently gets people better. Thank you very much.

They listen to you and genuinely care about you. I feel very comfortable coming here! I also feel super confident that they are going to help me get my life back!!

Eric, Tori, Tiffany, Liz, Navy, Alona, and the rest of the team are fantastic. They are professional, caring caring about getting your back to being yourself. It is work on a road to recovery but they also like to include fun and family atmosphere. Thank you to them for their help.

It all starts with Mrs Liz at the desk, when you walk in the front door greeting everyone with a smile. Eric and the crew are phenomenal, helping everyone recover from what ever injury you're dealing with. Thank you so much!!!

Super shady billing practices. I was told they took my insurance so I went here for 5 months and only ever received small bills, $100 here - and there. Today, after not going for a few weeks I revived an $800 bill and suddenly they were able to tell me every time I went was $70. So they couldn’t give me this information while I was going but once I stop going suddenly they know how much you owe. It’s disgusting.

Best physical therapy clinic! Eric has a fantastic solid team! Everyone is so kind, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, fun, respectful and I can keep going. I needed physical therapy due to a work related injury on my back, boy I was hurting. I am so grateful for everyone who helped me get better! Thank you so much! I will be back!

I went here for several weeks two different times for different issues. I was going for myofascial work only, so scraping, cupping, trigger point release, and traction. I made it very clear that exercises were a big no go for me. We started out fine, then after a week or so they started having me do exercises, which made me worse and eventually I stopped going The second time, I emailed explaining I needed hands on myofascial work, no exercises, is that something they're willing to do they said yes. So my PT, Terese, was incredibly odd but nice. Well again, after a few sessions she gives me exercises. I kept telling her I couldn't do them, she ignored me. I drew the line at pullies because I'm not allowed to have my arms above my head due to a rare terminal heart and lung disease. She told me that was bad advice and find a new doctor because mine is dumb. Last time I checked PTs aren't medical doctors and definitely not equipped to overrule a restriction by a rare disease specialist. She was annoyed I wasn't getting better. I explained, everything is progressive, PT won't fix me, it will just help lower pain but you keep giving me exercises qhich is making it worse. So I just stopped going. I am now at Inbalance PT who has been doing scaping, cupping, dry needling, heat, trigger point release and my pain levels have gone down. They respect that I cannot do exercises and don't make odd comments or pretend to know more than my medical doctors. Apex was much quieter and less busy, but they don't listen to their patients or work within their restrictions and could have caused serious harm to me.

My first impressions after 3 visits… I’m very pleased. My neck pain and lower back pain from a recent car accident is becoming way better already. I’m no longer waking up in pain for 2 hours in the early mornings and 8 hour headaches are gone. Thank you for providing excellent service and being extremely kind to work with.
