From the moment I walked in, Brenda at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Kelsey, Matt, and Jose were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored the therapy sessions to ensure I got the best results. Each session was a blend of encouragement and expertise, and I felt confident I was in good hands throughout my treatment. The entire team made me feel like I was a priority, and the results have been fantastic. This clinic outshines many that I have visited in the past. Taylor has walked me through a shoulder injury that resulted in a joint replacement. She has patiently answered my many questions while providing encouragement and information that make a recovery like this so much easier. I appreciate the consistent and progressive methods that they use with their patients. It is obvious that everyone there cares deeply about their patient's well being and recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have been to several physical therapy locations in the area and i must say that Apex is by far the best one. Brenda at the front desk is amazing. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. Kasey is the manager and she is awesome!! I felt at ease the moment I walked in and spoke with her. I explained my situation and she created a treatment plan that was perfect. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived but by the last appointment I was so much better. She told me that if I need anything at all in the future to please don’t hesitate to contact her. Even if it was just to ask a question she would be there for me. I am so glad I found this location and will definitely return if I have any future need for PT. I can not say enough good things about the team at this physical therapy clinic. I came in with severe sciatica affecting L4 and L5, which made walking incredibly difficult. I waddled like a penguin and couldn't bend my neck to look up or down. Before my injury, I was an avid walker, logging 5 to 11 miles daily, so this was a significant setback for me. Thanks to the incredible efforts of Kelsie, Kelly, Matt, Cheryl, and Jose, I saw remarkable improvements in just a matter of weeks. Their knowledge, expertise, and compassion were evident in every session. They tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs, pushed me through the rough patches, and provided constant encouragement. Today, I am back to walking 2.5 miles at a time and growing stronger every day. I can now walk heel to toe in a straight line, much like I did before my injury. The personalized care, state-of-the-art equipment, and welcoming environment made all the difference in my recovery. I am incredibly thankful for their dedication and support. They provide empathetic patient-centered care and are experts in the art and science of recovery and rehabilitation. I feel very fortunate to have had them guide me through the process of healing for my injury. Kelsi is an expert and incredible at what she does. They do great work here with a friendly attitude. I broke my ankle in April and had 2 surgeries. With the help I got here I am now walking in a boot. At 66 it's a relief to walk again. Thx Apex

My ApexNetwork therapists guide me through excellent therapy sessions that are challenging and include relevant stretches and exercises. I see positive progress following every session!

I have liked this place since my first visit in May. The place is clean, organized and not too crowded. But mostly because of my PT, Kelsi. She is patient, friendly, very structured and knowledgeable. Her staffs Lori and Jose were very helpful and friendly too. Thank you, Kelsi for helping me gets better everyday. You are the BEST!!!
