The staff here are excellent in their knowledge of the therapy styles offered. The empathy shown had me feeling so comfortable , not only that but such nice ppl. I'd freely give them a ten on a ten scale!

My husband and I love going to Apex in Gallup. We have had PT at several other places and this clinic excels them all! We have truly benefited from their professional, individualized care, gotten stronger, and feel much better. We highly recommend Apex Physical Therapy in Gallup NM.

100% recommended. There is not waste of time on this office. Once you get there, they are ready to start your therapy. The staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate the good work they did regarding my back pain problem.

I would absolutely recommend them. I tell all the veterans to choose them when they go through Veteran's Choice. The staff are outgoing and caring they take the time to learn their patient's names. Going to them makes me want to do the physical therapy to get better. They always make me feel happy and welcome and are enthusiastic about helping me get better. I started out doing well at this particular location. However, as the weeks progressed I found that, unless you are self-motivated and can work independently, you would pretty much be out of luck. In my experience, as time went on, there was less and less work with an actual therapist. I was left alone to work on exercises that everyone seems to do (regardless) of where their ailments are located. After completing my own exercises I waited for awhile and it was until I decided to walk out did they notice I was not happy with services. The problem was, I wasn't sure who I was working with. The PT's give you attention the first two weeks. Thereafter they wouldn't care less if you showed up or not. I believe that Apex is not focused on helping people recover but only raking in money. This business was unprofessional and lacked proper direction. I do not recommend Apex.

I don't recommend this place. Physical therapist don't listen and they have to many patients at one time. My therapist caused a medical problem and I had to seek help elsewhere.
