Love this place!!! They have a great staff and I'm not in pain like I was!! I had problems with my hands, I've shown it to doctor after doctor and no one ever helped me. Kim immediately knew what it was and how to take care of my tendons :-) Thanks Kim!!! This is not your everyday "no pain no gain" therapist; she listens to your pain then shows you what to do about it :-) I'm so grateful.

I loved this place! Physical therapy doctor Kim Bakker is very caring, hard working, professional and very nice! She is amazing doctor! It was a pleasure to receive her treatment! I refer my daughter to her, and I refer each one of the people I know, to her! I also want to mention exellent work of Breanna- receptionist at this facility. She is also very helpful, caring and nice. She does a very good job!

Most of the time I was there no physical therapist was around at the East main office. A high percent of my visits were with a PA I always thought it was a State law for a PT to be present at all times. 👎🏼

I had a total knee replacement & while physical therapy wasn't something I was eagerly anticipating, Kim & her staff treated me with kindness, making the ordeal of rehabbing bearable. I would definitely recommend Apex for anyone needing PT.

Do NOT go to this place. They blatantly lied to my face telling me that my insurance approved my sessions and that all I needed to pay was my copay of 35 dollars per session. They took my $35.00 per session then after I finished I got a bill for over $500 because my insurance would only pay a percentage. I called the insurance and they told me they never should have collected a “copay” and they only told apex upfront that they only pay a portion. It’s 300-400 per session. When you are done they send you a bill for the remainder. Very bad practice, I feel lied too for profit. This is NOT OK. Talk about a scam.
