My knee replacement was anything but normal, as I was in a brace for 16 days. My first week of pt I went from 65 bend to a 95 bend ratio, super pleased. I am now at 125 bend and doing great. John Zanas is the best. After numerous sports injuries and pt throughout the years, I hit the jackpot with John at ApexNetwork Physical Therapy at Robson Ranch. His knowledge and experience was evident from first contact through the last session. Following the latest, a full knee replacement, John was able to devise a program for me that got me back to my sports activities in no time at all, and much, much faster than I hoped. My therapy is done but I'm still doing the exercises and stretching he laid out for me to keep in good physical condition. He is, hands down, the best physical therapist I've seen in my many years.
