I used this facility to rehab from a broken ankle/leg on the recommendation of a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough! Lindsey, Nikki and Lisa are welcoming and made me feel comfortable from day 1. I worked mostly with Lindsey. I am extremely pleased with the progress I made and with the guidance she provided for my continued at home therapy plan. Definitely worth the time to get good physical therapy.

I was really impressed with the ox therapy I received. My therapist was Lindsay. She was incredible. She pushed me to do my best and helped me reach my goals. Lisa the secretary really is a team player. She jumps right in to assist to clean tables, laundry, heat or ice and band therapy resistance. I sincerely recommend Apex therapy.

Great experience. Lindsey is an awesome therapist. Always on top of things and pushing as much as I could take. She brought me back to normal and with a fun yet hard experience. Thank You, you rock! I had a most awesome experience at the Bethalto, IL facility. Recently I had shoulder replacement surgery requiring physical therapy. The professionals restored my range of motion to almost pre-surgery limits. I will always chose APEX for all my PT needs.

Went to this location for tennis elbow and the staff was fantastic. I mostly worked with Lindsay who was extremely helpful, down to earth and personable. She made me feel welcome within a minute of entering the office for the first time, as someone who moved from STL, this was extremely refreshing and drastically improved my moral for the process.

The ladies at the Bethalto Apex are amazing! I had surgery in 9/23 & did 3mths of therapy. I heard from various people who’ve had surgery, didn’t follow PT & their shoulder locked up or didn’t heal properly. Lisa at front desk is awesome & helps when & where she’s needed…plus she hooked me up with a backup dessert person. Lindsay & Nikki are great! They keep you on track with making sure you are doing PT correctly & give you resources & suggestions to do things at home. They listen to any concerns you have, will make suggestions, but are also honest & tell you, “if you don’t do the exercises, it won’t get better.” I’m sure at some point down the line, I will need PT for something & this is where I will go. Thanks, Nikki, Lindsay, & Lisa for the awesome job you do!

I went here last year when I started having knee problems..they got me thru another year...I recently had total knee replacement in June and started going here in July again. I am so glad I did...Lindsey and Nicole are two of the best. Lindsey is very professional but also listens and helps you understand why your doing certain things. If you aren't better when u leave here then your not doing what your supposed to..Lisa is very nice to work with also on billing and setting up sessions...I would recommend this place to anyone...Thank you Lindsey,Nicole,and Lisa!!
