I recently completed my therapy this past week. I want to thank all the employees at ApexNetwork for being so friendly and professional during the past 4 months of therapy recovering from a Total Knee Replacement at 66 years old. Colin was my main therapist during that time and what expertise and knowledge he has. He was with me all the way. I was also able to work with and have Jackie for quite a few visits. She got me going on some new exercises that worked really well. Also Cat was a great motivator that I was able to have a few visits. Michelle was super in managing all the appointments during my time there. Although I didn’t accomplish my ROM of 120 degrees ( 110 and still working on it) I am thankful for all that they did for me. You Never know, I might see them again. Thank You Guys for helping me out.

I had physical therapy here for nearly a year after surgery for a rotator cuff injury. I finished up in August. I worked with both Colin and Cat. Colin was my guy in charge. He is very knowledgeable, gentle, soft-spoken, and can talk sports! It doesn't hurt that he's very nice to look at! Cat is 100% personality mixed with spunk. She is very good at her job. She is quick to let you know when you're not doing an exercise quite right and show you the correct way. They are both very observant even when you think you're not being watched and "subtle pushers" when they know you are ready for the next step or more weight. Especially when you doubt yourself, they know how to get you into a "I think I can" mindset, and that is wonderful! Michelle in the office is an awesome scheduler who jumps through hoops, it seems, to accommodate your needs. A shout out to Jackie, whom I worked with for only 1 appointment, and she added a new exercise that day because she believed I was ready for it. She is fantastic too, by the way. Thanks, y'all, for getting my shoulder back to working right and relatively pain-free! I highly recommend ApexNetwork in Benson for anyone who needs physical therapy, and should there come another time that I need more, I'll be calling them. Sincerely, Lisa Smith

Colin and Cat were great! Both were professional and yet personable. Considering therapy tends to be a bit painful, they were concerned with my pain levels and ensured that I improved my wrist motion without undo pain while strengthening my arms.

After dealing with plantar fasciitis for 7 months, I was referred here. The dry needling and physical therapy helped me get back to my normal activities. I am so grateful to be able to walk again pain free. Thank you! The therapists are all fantastic and great at their jobs. Do your home exercises and you will get better too!

In Benson, there is a little know diamond for physical therapy. APEX Physical Therapy is located in the Butterfield Plaza- Right behind Wendy's and next door to the Laundromat. Instead of going to Tucson or Benson Hospital...You have another choice. The therapists are wonderful. The 2 times I have gone (for a reverse total shoulder replacement and a knee replacement) the therapists were/are wonderful!! They listen and really care about getting you on the road again. If you're really having a bad day and let them know it- they gently continue to guide you. They don't push and force you and make you cry. Kat and Colin are fabulous....Jackie and Andy are wonderful, also. REMEMBER YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE HERE IN BENSON!!

I recently finished my physical therapy sessions at the Benson location. Colin was my primary therapist and he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him for anyone needing physical therapy. I also worked with Cat and found her to be professional and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend either one of them!

Everyone there is professional and working towards your recovery. When I wanted to give up because I felt worse, Collin took the time to call me and explain how there were ups and downs with working through my years of chronic pain. So glad I stuck with it. Never thought I would see any improvement after so many years, but I did. Am I healed, no but my range of motion has improved to the point I am hopeful now and hope is a powerful thing.

I have low back pain. Cat and Andy were my therapists. They don't push you when you're hurting and they're well-trained at explaining how certain exercises help your back. I feel stronger. And knowing how to do stretching exercises in the morning helps make my day go smoother. I still have some residual low back pain but, stretching is the answer for me. I also continue to do the exercises two times per week. Thank you Cat and Andy!
