I cannot recommend this place enough for both therapists and patients alike.First and foremost, the therapy compensation offered by Apex is outstanding, and what's even more commendable is that it is always provided on time. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Monij, my recruiter at Apex. Monij's dedication to his job and his genuine interest in helping others is truly commendable. Monij's approachable and friendly nature made me feel at ease from the beginning, and I knew I could rely on him for any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend Apex Therapeutic Services to anyone seeking outstanding therapy services or looking to join a fantastic team. The therapy rate is excellent and punctual, the staff is incredibly helpful, and Monij, as the recruiter, has been an invaluable asset throughout my journey with the company.

When I moved from Boston to New York in March earlier this year, job searching was daunting and frustrating at times. Monij from APEX made the job search much easier for me. He was very clear, provided me with many options, took my wants and needs into consideration, and advocated for my pay. Working as an independent contractor isn’t for everyone, but I would highly recommend working with Monij. He made this process easy to navigate and my time with APEX has mostly been positive. I would give APEX overall 4 stars due to miscommunication with other APEX staff, but my communication with Monij was fast, clear, and effective.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy working with Apex Therapeutic Services for almost 2 years as an independent contractor. I perform PT evaluations for the geriatric population as the majority of my caseload. The team ( Kevin, Angela and several others) are very supportive and very friendly. In particular, Manisha, the coordinator/healthcare recruiter is not only very professional, she offers support to work cooperatively while maintaining a positive attitude. Working with patients is my passion and Manisha makes working with Apex a pleasure. I give Apex 5 stars for the following reasons: team work and support, flexibility, professionalism, great communication and patient-focused care.

I currently work at this place and I love my coworkers! Monij, Manisha, Kevin, Nahomy, & Stephanie help make the office a wonderful place to work.

Bad management with unprofessional employees. One coordinator named Brittany didn’t wanna pay me 4 visits cause the authorization expired which is her responsibility to till me. They wanted to blame me for her fault. They don’t check the notes to correct any mistakes and I never saw this before with any company. I don’t recommend them for anybody.

Great service
