Apex Physical Therapy

This is my second series of PT treatments at Apex, two years apart (different issues). APEX wowed me the first time, and when the doctors suggested some new PT, there was only one call to make. APEX continues to impress. A very spacious facility with a view across the bay to Marin, exceptionally clean, where all the equipment is maintained in great working order. And most importantly, a dedicated and knowledgeable staff.

The PTs are attentive, professional, caring, and patient. Excellent communication (print-outs of exercises, appointment reminders, fast email replies when I've had any treatment questions) Nice airy space with big windows letting in natural light (this is for the Apex next to Ghiradelli) Only downside is that Apex is so popular they're often booked weeks in advance. ;-p

Erica is a great PT! She takes the time to get to know you and your goals, and remembers all the little details about your injury/recovery. She comes up with creative ideas for treatment and shares her knowledge, and asks questions along the way to make sure you understand and are comfortable. Unlike some other PT offices, I never felt rushed at APEX and Erica and her staff were always generous with their time. She also goes above and beyond to treat you holistically as opposed to just focusing on one issue in isolation. Highly recommend!

Erica Moody at APEX is a truly outstanding physical therapist. As a physician, I knew just enough to be concerned about all the things that could go wrong as I recovered from a serious ankle fracture. Erica is highly skilled and knowledgeable about anatomy, function, and the healing process. She and her team were encouraging, supportive, and challenged me to advance at the best pace for me. Erica's humor, warmth, and empathy made the time fly by. I wish that APEX partnered with more insurance plans--for me, it was worth it to go out of network for APEX. I highly recommend their services.

The facility is clean and large, has lots of light, provides sufficient space for privacy, has well maintained equipment, and is located in a scenic area. A bonus to working out in the gym is the beautiful view of the Aquatic Park recreation area.

The PT Erica Moody is exceptional, knowledgable, and spends a lot of time with you. I highly recommend her and her staff at APEX!

I could not figure out where cramps and pain were coming from - kind of a complicated situation with different surgeries, etc. Anyway - was told by my surgeon that Apex is extremely good and that Erica was persistent, innovative and highly dedicated. All true. Highly recommend!

I previously worked with Erica for over ten years as a result of multiple joint surgeries, 14 ! Erica always gave me her 100%- you knew, felt, she honestly cared. She solved several major musculoskeletal issues /impediments resulting in real cessation of pain and ease of functions. Definitely glad I happened to walk past her new clinic and reconnect on the sidewalk. I cannot say enuf what a pleasant gal Erica is, how it feels, and the results that will happen with the focused attention she always gives. I am proof! Not to forget her right hand guy Andrian, who is an amazing trainer and very knowledgeable guiding you back to health, and Jen, the front desk gal who puts up with lots, always with a smile. I never write reviews but- I promise you will be glad to choose Erica, given her knowledge and skill.
