Apex Physical Therapy

I was able to get appointments quickly, and I really like my Physical Therapist, Nicole, and her assistant, Diana. They are helping my hip problem to get better.

Apex is awesome!! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They also seem to genuinely care about their clients. I could not recommend Apex enough to any one who is recovering from an injury.

Everything about Apex is excellent. The professionalism and outstanding skill of the physical therapists, , the process of caring for you from the moment you come in the door. I have tried hospital based PT, Apex is far superior.

Great staff…I work mostly with Tim and Brandon, but all staff seem professional and kind. It’s a spacious and clean facility with state of the art equipment. I’ve been given clear instructions and safe fast progress towards healing my shoulder. Highly recommend this team!

I went here once for a consultation. I'm a disabled veteran. Everything was going well and I was expecting a call back for a follow up. I never got a call back. I called myself and I told them who I was and got the receptionist to hang up the phone on me. This happened a couple years back and I haven't had the time to write the review and I forgot of this complex name (pretty forgettable). This place doesn't care about veterans. Don't give them your attention or hard earned money.

I have really benefitted from my sessions with Apex for my arthritic right hip. The exercises and manipulations have made a difference in the amount of mobility and discomfort.

The reason for my 5 stars is Tim’s knowledge and hands-on approach. Every exercise he conducts he asks if you are okay with the level of strength he applies. He enquires not only if it is painful to you, but also if you don’t feel enough of a stretch. He then adjusts his exercise to your tolerance. Apex is meticulous and the staff that is working with Tim is focuses on listing to you and providing best guidance for all your individual exercises. I’ve had many Physical Therapists in the past and many times I would come out of sessions feeling that it was a waste of time, but never with Tim, after I discovered Apex in San Carlos.

My experience at Apex has been excellent. Angie, my assigned Physical Therapist, is superb: thoughtful, sensitive , professional, and very knowledgeable. Most of all she genuinely cares about her clients. I could not be more pleased with my progress and my experience.
