Apex Physical Therapy

4 Patients at once for one therapist? Overall the care was decent but unprofessional; after being given a cookie cutter routine and being left alone for the majority of my appointments I will be continuing care elsewhere. As a patient I am frustrated because even after telling my therapist I would not be returning she seemed not to care and told me she wouldn't be here either if I decided to come back(not the best sign when even your therapist is jumping ship!). Another therapist who was working with a different patient decided to yell across the room (when my therapist was discussing my care with her) "Oh she's got chicken legs!" In what type of professional, let alone medical setting is it ever appropriate to comment on a patient's body publicly, especially when I am NOT your patient? Quite displeased and will not be returning here, also actively advising other patients to go elsewhere. Focus more on the QUALITY of your care, not the QUANTITY of mediocre appointments you can churn out in a day.

The staff was very nice. The therapists did a good job working with my issues. If I need therapy again I'll request them.

Front desk schedulers told me one thing and the office manager another very unprofessional Lies to cover there mistakes and very poor customer service. Filed a grievance with my insurance company on misconduct. Because my schedule is hectic and I had to cancel a few times still doesn't give them a right to discharge me then lie about it...

Paige is awesome. She is caring, knowledgeable, professional, easy going and friendly. I can't imagine a better therapist.
