Apex Physical Therapy

There is no better physical therapy clinic in all of Tennessee. The clinic staff is beyond reproach, professional, caring and knowledgeable. I believe they saved my life. I had such pain in my shoulder blade and had already had two spinal injections without relief. The next step was surgery and then I saw Kimberly Harris. In a matter of 2-3 months she diagnosed and fixed my shoulder. Her use of manual therapy is fantastic. I thought if she can fix that let’s try my foot that had 5 Achilles surgery. I had been told that I would need a walking brace for the rest of my life and with her help I no longer need it. Not enough can be said about Kimm and this practice. Please give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Apex therapy is the finest establishment that I’ve ever visited. The staff is awesome. I would like to thank Kim and Allison as well as the rest of the staff for taking time in helping me to start walking again. You have all been excellent with being patient with me. I would also like to give a shout out to a student Kaeda. She was very knowledgeable in my situation. Again thanks you guys, keep doing what you do.

I must say, I have been to MANY, MANY PTs for my back pain & until I met Kim here I just kept being disappointed! She is a Doctor of PT so no need for a referral with her as well. I recommend HER highly & thanks to a friend of mine, Allie, I am now over the top happy with going to a PT for therapy. During my back situation I went to 3 PTs before I found her & the fact is, MODALITIES do make a difference & anyone can exercise at home! All PTs should know how to use the TOOLS they are given & not only rely on hands on & exercises, sometimes you need more. I thank you Kim for being REAL with me & taking your time helping through a VERY HARD time in my life! I will always refer YOU!

I have had SI joint dysfunction for four years, and feel as though I stumbled upon a needle in a haystack...and it only took me over 1,200 miles to find this. We've been traveling extensively across the country, and while visiting my dad here during our travels, my SI joint started acting up. I literally called Apex based upon reviews and distance to where we are staying. I was almost in tears just thinking about how many years I have wasted going through pain and not really finding an absolute perfect fit for my situation. Kim is an absolute GODSEND and is the most talented, intuitive PT I've ever had the honor of being treated by. I can't believe I finally found exactly what I need, and now have to leave and try to find a similar experience back home. Kim is phenomenal.

My orthopedist referred me to APEX for back pain & atrophy. Anne is an awesome therapist. She is a very personable, caring and down to earth person. The entire staff works very well together. They make a great team. Needless to say, although I will, I am happy to be a patient here.

At first, I was worried about talking to a physical therapist about my “problem” but I feel like I’m 16 again! I really don’t know who to thank because the whole team got involved! Thank you Kimmmm!

The therapist are extremely efficient, very polite and they get right to the problem. Love this place...
