APEX Physical Therapy

Started having shoulder pains from serving in tennis and my ortho recommended physical therapy. Found Apex on my health insurance website looking for close physical therapy locations and I'm so glad I did. Met with Sara and she developed a plan for me specific not just to my shoulder, but to other muscles around that I had not been using, which could lead to issues with my shoulder. Wow did her approach work. Went in for about 6 weeks of physical therapy and my shoulder is much better than I could have ever imagined. Sara also took the time to understand my injury during the service motion, researched how tennis players served, and helped me understand how my service motion was causing some of my issues, and how a change in that motion could be beneficial going forward. I immediately saw (and felt) the benefits of what she was saying. Although I'm done with my physical therapy, I will always be grateful to Sara for the help she provided and if I ever need physical therapy again, Apex will be the only facility I call.

I had the pleasure of providing a balloon arch here. The place is amazing and the super friendly staff went over and beyond to accommodate me.
