I had a ski accident which messed with all the muscles in my back, hip and neck. I saw Dr Ray for adjustments (totally helped) and then went to Jasmine for a massage. She had to work hard on my back and neck but what a great relief. I highly recommend both Jasmine and Dr. Ray. Thank you for helping me walk normally again!

Recent knee surgery went well - I’m sure because I prepped my body with a 90 minute massage and 40 minute sauna two days prior to the operation with Breanna at Apex! A week later I walked into Apex for another massage and additional sauna session as part of my post op care. I’ll be starting Physical therapy with only minimal mobility limitations. I’m so glad we worked on this care plan- it’s a game changer! Love working with the client care managers at Apex!!!

Jasmine is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve tried so many around the front range and no one compares to her. Me and my husband would go see her once a week if we could. But we try for once a month. Walk out feeling like a new person.

I came in for message and Jasmine did a wonderful job. I was so tight on muscle that I was losing some mobility and when she got done with my message I had some movement back that I was losing. She did a great job. I will be going back to her from now on till I'm lose and have full mobility back. I also recommend that if you even feel the least up tight or tense its a great relaxation and would say give it a try.
