The office staff are very friendly, personable, and courteous, and Dr. Nelson is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met! He's very friendly and outgoing, and quite good at what he does! As with all of my experiences with Goshen physicians and staff, I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and Goshen chiropractic center!

The staff are very professional, Dr Nelson is great. I've been seeing him for 2 years. I have a pinched nerve in my back, I had a really hard time walking, the doctors wanted me to have surgery so they could fuse 4-5 of my verdabra together. I said no and went to Dr Nelson, he has helped me with my pain. I recommend him to my sister and brother in-law and they love him to. I highly recommend Dr Nelson, he is a great chiropractor!!!!!!

Doc and his staff are absolutely fantastic! I have gone to GCC for several years. Dr Nelson is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He has dealt with my lower back issues, and, aided in the recovery of other back and muscle issues following an unexpected illness. Michelle, the massage therapist, is also very knowledgeable and professional, as well. Thank you just doesn't cover the times Doc and his staff have put me back together!

After going here for a full week, I have to say that these people are absolutely fantastic. I went in for severe pain down my left leg. I called ahead, and they were able to fit me in almost immediately. Diagnosis was done via pre-inspection and x-rays in their building. Wait time is not usually very long; They keep the pace going very well of getting people in and out. I'm always greeted warmly when I walk in, and everyone there is incredibly courteous and welcoming. After you check-in, you head on back to a secondary waiting room, usually with only one or two people ahead of you. Unlike a past few establishments I've been to, they listen to what you have to say about your pain/injury fully before they assume what the problem is. Treatment is done with your comfort in mind. As Dr. Nelson did his work on my back, he let me know what he was doing before he did anything new, made sure I was alright during each step, and let me know what to look out for. The other technicians did the same, warning me before they did something that might cause me discomfort. Cost is very comparable alongside other chiropractic establishments in the area. Even after getting x-rays and the initial exam/work done, I wasn't hit with any fees that seemed excessive. They also offer a line of supplements to help you with other issues you may have. I highly recommend going here if you have any sort of back issues. You won't regret it.

This place is running some shady business and the staff is just jot trained how to handle their money. Sometimes they ll charge more for the same service they would have done last week for less amount. & when asked they ll have no justification! The Doctor is good, but if you are going there then please ask for a receipt every-time or dont pay at all and let your insurance take care of it. Coz by the end of the month, even if the amount due at the respective appointment is less than your copay and you decided to pay that amount, they will still run it against your insurance and since you ll not have a receipt... you cant dispute it!

This place is fantastic. They can get you in really fast and they'll do a massage (covered by insurance!!) if that's a need determined by Dr Chett. He's really nice. I think they play Jesus music! Yay :)

Dr. Nelson listens to his patients, he makes sure to explain everything and answer all questions. All staff members who I encountered are nice and professional! I highly recommend Apex!
