Mr Barhat at Apex Hand Therapy is a very attentive and professional therapist. He is very knowledgeable. Not only he takes the necessary time to explain the causes of your injury/pain, but also he is very skillful at stretching and strengthening your injured extremities while being tactful and sensitive to your level of tolerance. To make your recovery effective, Mr Bharat designs a targeted and safe plan of exercises for you to practice at home which includes warming up, stretching, and strengthening. I have been a patient of Mr Bharat for over a year for my wrist/arm nerve injury, and thanks to him I have recovered from my injury and I have been able to go back to work confidently. I am very thankful to Mr Bharat at Apex Hand Therapy for his care.

After breaking bones in my little finger, my doctor referred me to Apex Hand Therapy once the pins were removed from my finger. Bharat is awesome. The sessions I had, coupled with the exercises he prescribed, have made all the difference. My finger now has full range of motion. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much!

Excellent hand therapist. I am a physical therapist, and when my thumbs were becoming a major problem he was a life saver! Excellent with manual therapy, exercises, and splints. He's my go-to and who I trust to send my patients to.

Came here with my 1 year old who was prescribed OT for congenital clasped thumb on both hands. Pros: flexible schedule, responsive via phone, Saturday hours. Probably good at treating adults. Cons: Clearly not oriented towards children. I wish he'd declined my appointment when I made it and said that he didn't treat children. The office didn't have toys or capabilities to work on my son's hands (and we waited for 15+ mins after appointment time). He suggested stretching his fingers and maybe bringing him back when he was napping (??!) to make the stretching easier. We left after 15 minutes of attempting to stretch his thumbs and did not return. We got an $80 bill for our 15-min session which was not waived upon our request, since the treatment was not adequate. For comparison, we now go to a children's OT center, where they spend 2 hours a week doing play therapy with toys to help his thumbs, have put him in Benik splints, and suggested 12 weeks of therapy.

Bharat Valurupalli is real hard-working professional that you can trust and rely upon. He helped to come back after an accident very soon. If you need a hand or upper extremities expert, do not think twice. Call him! Nick O.

Not very happy Told me if I needed to cancel my appointment" just call "then tried to charge me 80$ for the cancelation. I think its more about making money than helping people then why did you wait 8 months to send a so called bill.
