APE Recovery

Been a member for over a year now and highly recommend even for people who have never done a body recovery system. Victor and Alexander walk you through the process and what to expect for each treatment. I’m a big fan of hot cold therapy and they offer the best equipment to achieve both. If you’re achy or looking to just reset, come through. 🦍

I’ve been going here for about 4 months and it’s been amazing. They always take care of me and they are extremely accommodating. They work with my schedule for appointments and allow me to show up super early or come in a little later and get squeezed in somewhere. The staff are great to talk to and they make the atmosphere chill to be in!

This place hits on every mark. Victor and his crew take such good care of everyone that rolls through this place, whether it be a single visit or recurring appointments. They have rehabilitated me from countless instances of lack of mobility due to tightness and from painful circumstances. You can tell they truly care about what they do, their craft, and their clients. They are prompt, efficient, skilled, and most importantly they operate with integrity and make recovery simple, which is paramount.

Had a great experience at APE Recovery. Was greeted by Victor who was super friendly and knowledgeable about what treatments would help me. Ended up using their infrared sauna and red light booth. They also have steam saunas, compression beds, cold tubs, and they are expanding. Pricing is great and the membership is almost a no brainier. I'll definitely be going back!

Victor was amazing and very accommodating. As soon as I walked in no time was wasted. He got me started right away. The cold plunge was great and the encouragement was indeed helpful because it was not easy. Great service and very affordable too. Great to bring your kids if they play sports. I would strongly recommend Ape Recovery!

Walked into this place with some agonizing lower back pain. Victor knew exactly how to get me some relief. Did my first treatment of Cupping/ scraping, and some compression therapy. Walked out of there feeling much better and now 24 hours later my back is not 100 but we'll on its way. Feeling so much better. Thank you Victor!
