Antioch Physical Therapy & Sports Injury Center

I have gone here many times over 20yrs. The team is always respectful and help me fully recover. Recently I went back for my left knee replacement. I was waiting for insurance approved place to have a spot so I paid cash at Antioch and am so pleased with the support I was given !! The front desk receptionist was fabulous she got me in and understood my need. My mobility is better I can ride my bike again! The best team ever!!

I didn’t care for Sandra’s attitude about a patient that came in on Friday 7/8/22. Mr W. She complained he has the worst attitude. She said to him that have to reschedule u bc u have a different Id card. This is healthnet through childrens. Rude mad and not blue cross not printed out and wasn’t the same card. More patient information that I won’t share about Mr. W. They were breaking the law HIPPA, which we sign at intake. Randy was great, he is the physical therapist… so if you can get past the secretary… it gets significantly better. The secretary was not rude with me, however, I don’t like her just talking about other patients and their health conditions and insurance information in front of other patients.

The front desk is terrible, ignorant, unorganized and unprofessional, it's not the therapist fault. Literally had a employee telling me what another supposedly told me only to find out the employee didn't tell me. No apology and the doctor actually attempted to turn it into an issue on my behalf either to calm or cover for the employee making accusations which shows more ignorance. THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE.

the therapists were fine, better than fine, but the office organization was an issue. They scheduled me for appointments I didn't ask for, and cancelled appointments that were valid, on multiple occasions

The office Mgr is the worst of worst telling me I cancelled apps cuz I had covid bad patient I guess I can't go there she is a liar saying she called my Dr's office a lie anyways rude rude rude find a kinder place up I did

Very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place
