Antero Urgent Care

Had my first experience here a few weeks ago. It was easy to make an appointment online so I didn’t have to sit in the office. The front desk was extremely pleasant, and so were all of the nurses. The doc was professional and honest, and they helped refer me for further help. Very appreciated of all the staff and happy to have something like this so close in the Ashford area!

I had an issue with my knee and decided to go to Antero Urgent Care for a check up. The staff was wonderful! Very easy to check in and Heather did a thorough assessment on me and Geneva was the APRN who saw me. She really looked into what any of the possibilities might be and gave me lots of information. I would highly recommend coming to see Antero Urgent Care, tucked in the quiet corner of Ashford for your medical needs.

Had a great experience at the new clinic. Very caring from the woman at the front door, to the nurse then the Doc Small town feel, had great conversation while there and enjoyed my experience Diagnoses was spot on and the meds worked well I’ll definitely go back there when needed. Five stars

My father went there for evaluation and a follow up appointment and said they are the most friendly and helpful medical professionals he has met ! What a wonderful asset for the Ashford community. Thank you for all the Antero Urgent Care team does!

As an office admin myself that has to check new patients insurance on a regular basis, I was quite shocked when I get a bill for the entirety of my visit (2 months later) since this facility is out of network. Now, since my entire family has been seen at this office and our bill is outrageous not to mention it was confirmed at the visits that we only had a $15 copay. Completely shocked upset and disappointed since they are so close by. I'm not sure what the point of them having a receptionist is.

Everyone here is so kind, patient, and professional. I’m super grateful for their care and attentiveness to my situation. Shout out to July and the rest of the staff for being awesome and helping me 👏

My wife went here for a COVID test during the pandemic...got a bill for $233 after insurance. Apparently they charge this much as a baseline, which insurance won't cover. For reference, when she had to go to the ER, we only had to ay $50

5 stars all around. This is probably my best experience at an urgent care facility, or for that matter any health care facility that I have ever had! I love the ability of online appointments, but the next available was not for a few hours. I live close so chanced it just walking in without an appointment. From the beginning the facility looks brand new and clean and was greeted right away by friendly staff. Check-in was painless and fast and almost before I could sit down I was brought back to be seen. My condition was evaluated, discussed and treated efficiently and thoroughly. The staff and Dr. Bizilj were pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. I cant think of 1 complaint. I would highly recommend this facility!
