Anniston Pediatric

Been going to Anniston Pediatric since my 1st child in 2005 and all 4 of mine gone there. My youngest 2 still go there. They were so fast seeing us today! We have always loved Dr. Doggett! Staff has been nice and helpful

Anniston Pediatrics is a great place! My daughter recently switched her three children to them about a year and a half ago and she has had nothing but great things to say! She loves the doctors and practitioners. The triage nurse is very thorough and does not hesitate to answer each question no matter how many is asked and doesn’t try to rush off the phone.

Honestly never had any issues with this place, everyone is always so nice & I feel like Dr.Dogget always listens to what I have to say. Overall I think it’s good place!

I only Review things that are very bad or very good. So that's why the one star I love this place for years. I've took my kids to Doctor Doggett. I love him. He's a good man but now I've had so many problems out of his Doctor's office. All I see is nurse practitioners and a different one. At that. Every time I go, I've been told that my daughter is lying. My four-year-old is lying that she does not hurt when she eats that she's just picky. There's been times where a nurse came in dropped a test COVID test on the floor and picked it up direct, stuck it directly in my daughter's nose rat when COVID was first started going arounow my daughter is having some pretty bad medical problems and it's been ignored and I have. Not been took serious for over 2 years now. It's gotten to where my daughter Was so Constipated The urgent care Doctor said it could be laughed threatening. She was so backed up well. Another protector's practitioner firm Doctor Doggett's office. Pediatrics of Aniston prescribed her a lethal dose of Miralax .Yes Miralax is not all natural and like everybody says My daughter passed out and turned blue until we got to the RMC. 11 o'clock AM on the 23 January. The Doctor said it was intolerance. The reason she had passed out so anyway well. After coming home 44 days , she could not eat nothing could not even get out of bed Because her stomach was so tore up and burnt from that much medicine. Now, a week later, she started peeing blood. They do not like to give referrals nowhere. They do not like to give x-rays or referrals for x-rays. They always have a new nurse practitioner that comes to use your daughter or your child. It's never someone that's going to build a relationship you or your child I want a Doctor that knows what happened when we were there. Unexpected, the last time I was there. And what happened the time before that. When she came to her wilness appointment. I want the Doctor to know my child. They don't care. You're just a name on a piece of paper, Doctor Doggett I am so. Shocked that You have let it get this bad I really hate that you could not be my daughter's doctor but i'm not gonna sit around and let my daughter be treated this way

I used to be okay with this place, but after a while every time my child became sick they would have absolutely no availability for DAYS. Recently I called and was told they were booked for the next 2 days! I needed for my child to be seen immediately, so I took her to an urgent care not far away and they literally had us in and out in under 40 minutes, and when I used to be able to get my child seen here it would take 2+ hours. I'll be switching her doctor for sure.

We started off great with this place, but I the past 3 times my child has been sick they have not had any available appointments. I start calling at 8, it took me until 8:15 to speak to a nurse and they say they are booked for the day. They told me they would recommend an Urgent Care if the child needs it! HOW CAN YOU BE A DR OFFICE AND NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR A SICK CHILD? Do not go here!

My family loves Anniston Pedatrics! I have been bringing my kids here for 8 years and Dr Matthews takes the time to listen! They always help us find a solution!

VERY toxic environment among the staff. Would give an -1000 star review if I could. Employees are beyond rude, allowed to act however they choose, and yell with no consequences. Anyone would be better taking their children elsewhere.
