My 86-year-old mother fell in a parking lot and originally used another rehab companies and complained they hurt her. She now has been getting physical and occupational therapy from AnneRose Therapy and health. Mom has made tremendous progress. They are extremely professional and mom loves them all! She does more because they are very gentle and have excellent skills. She is on the road to recovery. She has much more mobility and is now able to wash her hair. AnneRose Therapy & Health has been a pleasure working with. Marie my occupational therapist has helped me have better use of my fractured hand. A svelte Swedish looking woman arrived at my door and like Mary Poppins she had a bag full of goodies. She took her items out that looked like play things that my Kindergarten children would use in school. To my surprise each item worked skillfully to enable me to perform my fine motor skills that I was having new difficulties with. She enthusiastically encouraged and performed each exercise/activity using her therapeutic “toys”. She also recommended and helped me to order the equipment I needed to be able to cook and eat. I enjoyed every visit and looked forward to her sessions. I am sad to see her go but I can say I am now independent and confident to continue participating in LIFE! I highly recommend Marcia Pendl, OT and AnneRose Therapy!

I am the daughter of Anita Penso who has received OT therapy from Marie for a broken shoulder Therapy past few months. My mother, at 92, was not a candidate for surgery but was prescribed PT and OT. I have worked with many therapists over the past two decades with several members of my immediate family. I have been receiving OT services from Marcia Pendl for 2 years now. She has really helped me to regain strength as well as coordination in my upper body and right hand. She goes above and beyond to teach me adaptive devices and new ways to be as independent as I can, since having multiple strokes. When I started with Marie , I really didn’t know what OT was , it’s so helpful in so many ways. Marie showed me how to put my hearing aids in, Back to computer, posture alignment while doing My daily chores. We also worked on prioritizing my daily planner to Help me recall my plans without frustration . And we explore activities to stimulate my Brain. In conclusion it was a great experience and extremely helpful!.

I had the privilege of working with Marie to rehab my fractured thumb and torn ligaments and tendons. She was an absolute blessing to work with! She came to my condo in Boca Raton, it was so convenient! She gave me tools that I can continue to use to get stronger and be more confident being out in public again.
