Ann did an incredible job of treating my son's sports injury. She quickly diagnosed an issue that was causing him significant pain and affecting his ability to play basketball, and trained him on a focused set of stretches that would mitigate the problem. Within days he was back to playing pain free for an injury that had affected his ability to play for weeks. Ann also prioritized seeing him as a first time patient during the busy holiday period, recognizing that he was an in season athlete being impacted in a senior season of athletics. We can't recommend her strongly enough!

When we were searching for PT places, Ann came highly recommended by my daughter’s doctor. We are so grateful to Ann for fitting us in when my daughter had back pain. At my daughter’s initial evaluation she was able to come up with a clear plan to help her alleviate some of the pain and also provided exercises for her to do both at her visits and at home. She was very accommodating and understanding. We will definitely go to Ann again and will highly recommend her to anyone we know that may need PT in the future!

Ann's practice came highly recommended by a friend after my knee replacement surgery. I was worried when my surgery date changed that PT would be delayed, but Ann was able to fit me in so I could start therapy within 48 hours post surgery. I will be forever grateful to Ann, Rebecca, and Lucy for the caring, intuitive and highly skilled care that I received. This team is amazing!

Ann and her team are the absolute best. She helped heal an old shoulder injury flair within 6 weeks - when I was seen else where locally it was over 6 months. After years of shin splints, I’m pain free. She looked at the injury with the whole person in mind and treated not just the pain but my gait and posture. She’s incredible and I recommend her to everyone.

We are so thankful for Ann & her team! After surgery for a mid foot bone break and ligament tear, they helped my 15 year old daughter get back to peak condition and ready to hit the soccer field. Ann was flexible with her time and was always just a phone call away if we had any questions.

Ann and Rebecca are amazing. I had this lasting pain for about a year and Ann was highly recommended by my PCP. Professionally, during my first visit, Ann came up with a plan evaluating and analyzing my pain area. She gave me workout plans that I can work on at home too— super helpful for fast improvement. Rebecca worked on me the entire time and checked on my progress, feelings and pain levels. Because of their professionalism and passion, I was able to have great pain relive in 2 months! Over the years as a very athletic family, we have seen multiple physical therapists for sports related injuries. The most recent was an ankle injury my teenage daughter suffered playing lacrosse. Multiple people recommended we go see Ann, so we did. We could not have been happier with our experience with Ann and her practice. The evaluation/treatment was thorough, thoughtful, and she gave my daughter a well-rounded exercise routine that got her back on the field much quicker than we anticipated. I was unsure what to expect when I took my son with a soccer injury in for an assessment. Ann was GREAT! She assessed his injury thoroughly, created a plan (in office visits & home exercises) and executed it seamlessly. After 10 visits, my son’s strength, agility and ability to play high-level soccer are back. We are so grateful we found Ann & Rebecca!
