Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center - Hoover (Hwy. 280)

This was my first visit at Andrews Sports Medicine Highway 280. Dr. Henderson and her staff are very nice. I was a little nervous since I did not know what to expect. I was very happy to see how well everyone worked with me. It made my visit inspiring to continue working on getting better. Stop by Andrews Sports Medicine for excellent medical care. You will be happy with your visit.

Dr Carnal was knowledgeable about my back issues..He was understanding of my pain and the X-ray make it easy and quick to diagnose. The X-ray also made it easy to communicate with a patient with little medical knowledge like myself.. He showed experience with sciatica by explaining the treatment, short term and long term and what would happen that day to provide immediate relief. He explained how he had treated 1000s of patients with positive results. I would go back to him and recommend him to others.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Andrews Sports Medicine. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Henderson was thorough, explained everything clearly, was compassionate, and gave me some hopeful options. WAAAAY more than I’ve gotten anywhere else!!! My only complaint is that the young woman I spoke with when making my appointment put my name in the system incorrectly. Supposedly, they corrected it, but even this link was sent using the wrong name.

Great front office staff! They were able to get me in even though I was late due to going to the wrong location. Really appreciated that. Dr. Carnel was very professional and thorough. Have been dealing with my issues for years and no one else was able to tell me anything. My first visit I was given a diagnosis. I am so grateful and hopeful for a treatment plan now. Thank you so much!!!

Completely satisfied with my visit to Andrews Sports Medicine. Dr. Casey is excellent. She examined my shoulders completely. I preferred not to have any invasive procedures. Using the imaging they made, she could show me the problems and explain it to me. I'm pleased with the treatment plan we are implementing. You won't find better orthopedic care anywhere. They are world class.

I just wanted to mention that I was very happy with Dr. CHARLES CARNEL. He was professional, attentive, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality care.

I had experienced pain for 3 weeks in my left knee. Dr. Ortega took care of my injury the day of my appointment. The next morning I could get out of bed and walk without the pain. I cannot explain how good it feels not to hurt anymore.
