All of the Staff at this Andrews Sports Clinic in Cullman, Alabama is so kind and professional. Dr. Monte Ketchum is just great. What’s really important is I don’t feel the shot when he puts it in my right knee. Would recommend this team to anyone who needs orthopedic medical attention .

I am impressed with service I have gotten from Andrew's Sports Medicine. It was no time at all to get me back and seen. The appointment to fix my rotator cuff surgery was quick and the overall process has been smooth. I really like Dr. Rothermich, and he is very professional. I highly recommend this team if you need any type of orthopedic surgery done.

Andrews Sports Meds promptly assisted my daughter after a volleyball injury and quickly directed us to the nearest place for an MRI on the same day! Regardless of the outcome, THANK YOU! We are forever grateful!🙏

Never made it in the door. Called in made it through the prompts then first thing asked was insurance info all they seemed to want before anything fine yes i can pay cash or use insurance then was told i would need 3 separate appointments to look at my ankle, knee, and hip. WHAT????? My ankle is the problem causing the knee and hip issues i wanted looked at aswell. Call did not come from local office but from NY I would suggest leaving your call center!!

Appointment was on time. Easy check in. The procedure was on time and the nurses and Dr Ketchum explained all my options clearly to me. We went with my decision and they explained what my next choice would be in 4 months. The cortisone shot in one knee has taken care of my pain. I still have no pain and this is the 3rd day. I will get gel shots in both knees in 4 months. I don't take medication every day for pain I don't like taking arthritis meds because of all the side effects so these procedures work really well for me to manage my pain

This is my experience. 1. I can honestly say I wish I had not had knee replacement 2. Staff okay. Except one lady I spoke to on the phone (she was rude & uncaring imo) 3. 1st with knee pain. Dr. Ketchum is very nice. Shots in knee & pt. Both did not work. 4. Dr. Rothermich. Said I needed total knee replacement surgery. So me not being a dr said okay. After surgery, he didn't seem to listen or care. Like his job is done. Basically he said it's all in alignment. I'm afraid I traded a bad knee for a bad knee with different problems. Which is true. 5. Wrist pain. Dr. Ketchum again nice. I asked for a shot (which in Oct 22 Dr. Dueland gave me). Oh we don't give a shot for this. (Not sure what this was since xrays did not show anything) 2 weeks with a useless (to me) 45.00 cream and a brace. Not better. I had to ask for an mri. Had to wait for that date to be arranged. Then finally go. Then took disc to office. Waited. At this point its close to 6 weeks in this brace. Dr. Ketchum himself called. Told me tfcc ligament/ cartilage ulnar attached tear. Oh call to set up a date to come in and get a shot! The thing I asked for originally. Shot half effective. Pt (Turner Physiotherapy Hanceville is amazing Scott Jordan) 4 more weeks and still not great, better but able to live life well enough as long as I'm careful. (Edited to say I've got 80% mobility w/o surgery) So yes all are courteous (uhm thats their job). Fast forward to 15 MONTHS later...knee is still wrong. The orthopedic center dr. says the bottom part has an overhang in back that shouldn't be there which is causing my pains. It was a drs call on that. They also looked at my pre op xrays & said they would NOT have done a total knee replacement surgery. So if you've read this far, I hope you get a 2nd opinion. I'm sure these things do take time. I'm finding at 17 months there might be a light at the end of this tunnel. Still not that great but there is hope.
