Andrew is amazing! About 7-8 years ago, I suffered a shoulder injury at the gym that just wouldn't go away. It wasn't excruciating pain, but there was a constant discomfort that lingered. After dealing with it for far too long, I decided to give physical therapy a try—and I'm so glad I did, especially with Andrew's help. He quickly pinpointed the issue, and we got right to work. My treatment plan included a combination of targeted exercises and dry needling, which really made a difference. After 16 sessions, I'm in a better place. I had essentially lost all strength and control in my shoulder, but now I've regained both. I know this is a chronic issue, so it won't magically vanish, but I'm now at a point where I rarely even think about the injury. Huge thanks to Andrew for getting me back on track to health! You’re the best! :)

I have a sciatic nerve issue and Andrew knew exactly how to relieve the pain. The dry needling along with the stretches were amazing. Due to insurance issues I was pretty much forced into going to another physical therapist that doesn't come close to Andrews knowledge and expertise. The clinic is very clean and I felt very comfortable in going there. I highly recommend!

Andrew is amazing. I got injured running and could barely walk when I first went to him. I was nervous at first as I’ve mostly had the experience where doctors have been dismissive and aloof, and I am very selective when it comes to who I go to for help. Andrew listened and really cared about me and it made all the difference. I felt vulnerable and worried that I’d never heal, but a few months later I am back to walking and I’ve started strength training. I couldn’t have gotten here without his expertise and support, and am truly grateful for everything he did. I’d highly recommend him—he explains things well, doesn’t make you feel stupid, and makes you a part of your treatment plan. He is the best!!

I came to Andrew with severe Achilles pain and joint pain from a recent ankle break. A podiatrist had suggested a walking boot and no running for at least a month. With Andrew's help, I was able to compete in a marathon after only 1-2 months of PT. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Andrew and would highly recommend him to others seeking expert physical therapy.

I began seeing Andrew a month after my ACL surgery, feeling disheartened by my lack of progress at a chain physical therapy clinic. At that point, I had made no progress with extension or flexion, and I was genuinely scared. From the first visit, Andrew created a tailored PT approach that perfectly aligned with my recovery goals. My surgeon and I had set an ambitious goal for me to compete in a 5k at 14 weeks post-op. Andrew took this goal to heart and has been instrumental in my journey. I see him twice a week, and after every single visit, I leave feeling stronger and more confident. He has a profound understanding of manual therapy and always explains what we are working on and why it's important. During each session, Andrew also designs a specific exercise plan for the latter half of the appointment, which has been incredibly effective. I love seeing progress and increasing my weights or resistance each week. Andrew is extremely personable, and I genuinely look forward to our appointments. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I was cleared by my surgeon to run and am eagerly looking forward to my race next week. I can't recommend Andrew enough – his dedication and personalized approach have made all the difference in my recovery.

After tweaking my shoulder left me with recurring pain that pain meds only dulled, my doctor suggested I see a PT. I’d never done PT and didn’t know where to start or what to expect, but it was clear my shoulder needed some extra attention. I came across Andrew’s PT one Friday, got a reply right away, and got in for an appointment the following week. After getting some insights as to what he was working with, Andrew quickly diagnosed the issue and got me started with dry needling and at-home exercises. Going in a couple times a week over a couple months allowed me to feel relief I would not have been able to without getting to the root of the issue, which Andrew’s treatments did. Things improved significantly from there and, especially as someone who loves lifting weights, I’m very glad I didn’t let my shoulder pain fester and morph into something worse. I even got to see an ultrasound of the affected area and understand what exactly happened, and how to prevent it from recurring. What I appreciate most about Andrew is his empathy, patience and genuine desire to help you get better. As my symptoms changed from week to week, he modified his approaches to best serve where I was at that point. We also discussed ways I could safely and healthily get back into upper body strength workouts with better form - a secondary concern to healing the underlying issue, but one that mattered to me. I am back to lifting to my heart’s content and focusing on improving my form on all of my lifts. That said, Andrew works with all kinds of physical therapy cases, not just those that arise from exercise. He would be a great choice for any PT issue, big or small. Thank you for all your help and support, Andrew!

I'm a professional dancer who came to Andrew for help with plantar fasciitis. He provided me with a plan of care with plenty of exercises I could do on my own in addition to our sessions. His dry needling techniques worked wonders for my feet and calves. When I started coming in October I could barely get through a rehearsal due to how tense my calves were and how much pain there was in my heels. Thanks to him I was able to perform many times in the past few months without pain, and I'm optimistic that I'll be able to manage my symptoms going forward. I highly recommend Andrew!

6/5 stars if it were a thing! I worked with Andrew for about ~10+ weeks to try and fix my knee. We determined there was a mix of Runner's Knee (severe), Chondromalacia Patella (severe), and probably some other mysterious things happening in there. Andrew was phenomenal to work with and at the end of the day, fixed my knee pain! We did exercises, dry needling with stim, and manual work on my knee. I got an MRI and they determined that an injection would work best (or could have gotten surgery). I got that and now my knee is feeling back to normal. Can't thank Andrew enough again for all the help, attention to detail, and making this very painful process a good one.
