Anderson Physical Therapy

Not impressed with the receptionist at this business. When I was called to schedule my referral/evaluation I told the receptionist Casara (not sure on spelling) that I would have to bring my special needs child with me to the appointment and asked if that was going to be a problem. She proceeded to state that depends and asked if my child is "clinic appropriate". Lastly, I acknowledge I missed 2 appointments as a no call/no show. Not intentionally. Just life happens. When I scheduled this last visit I was told if I had a 3rd I wouldn't be able to come to their office. No problem. That's reasonable. I had something come up yesterday evening for today so I called at least 6 times an hr before closing to reschedule. No answer. I called this morning and left a voice message. When I called back to reschedule, I was told I couldn't be seen at their office anymore due to missing today's appointment. Casara stated I was a no call/no show a 3rd time and could no longer be seen at their office. How can I be a no call/no show when I called multiple times to reschedule? She's rude and unprofessional.

Needing the help...and getting help are both addressed in a relaxed professional manner with personal commitment on your goals. My therapist is knowledgeable and loves her job. That's worth the extra effort to see your therapist smile.

Every time I've been sent here over the years they've always had a friendly and helpful staff.

I have gone through 4 rounds of 8 sessions each, nothing! I started here this week, 2 sessions and 8 months of swelling gone!!!!! Excellent staff, clean environment, easy appointments, cant say enough

Everyone was very friendly and Hannah was very informative and made a game plan for my ankle.

Issues making appointments then them saying I’m not scheduled.Called three times after 7:30 multiple times and they never answer their phones.Never had this problem before but the knew staff is horrible.Every time four girls are standing around talking and on their phones.This morning at 8:20 they were doing just that.No wonder they mess up with appointments and never answer their phone.

They have treated me as family from the start!!!
