I had an excellent experience at Andersen Physical Therapy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. My therapist took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a treatment plan that worked perfectly for me. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I’ve seen remarkable progress in my recovery. I highly recommend Andersen Physical Therapy to anyone looking for effective, compassionate care.

I went there for 6 weeks 2 times a week for a total of 12 visits. During does times only 2 times the receptionist told me I had a deductible to pay. All the other times didn’t get told I had a deductible or got ask if I wanted to be bill for the deductible so I assumed that the insurance cover it. 2 months later I got hit with a bill for $250 for deductible charges. I call to talk to someone about the bill and they told me that I was the one supposed to be asking them if I have a deductible. Since when does a patient supposed to be asking about a deductible. Every time I go see a doctor they charge me for a deductible the same day of the visit or ask if I want to be bill. If they are doing this to other patients sending bills 2 months after their visits for deductible’s and not letting them know they have a deductible when they are been seen is not right and you might be looking at a lawsuit.

Went to Andersons for a work physical and I told the guy that I couldn't lift more then 25 pounds and I know the weights were way heavier. The AC was not on, I almost passed out because of heat. But what really set me off is when I told the guy that I couldn't do the task instead of modifying it for me he just laughs at me. I currently work in the health filled and compassion is everything when u work with people. This guy did not have compassion at all and to top it off I was listening to him with other patients and he was laughing and having a good time. Not with me he was rude and unprofessional in my eyes. I need to pass the physical for my new job and I feel like he didn't pass me because of his own opinion and not his professional one.

I go here because it's the only one my insurance covers. I have gone here for 3 different issues and I can't say I've ever felt well cared for. I've had other pt it's with different insurance, so I know the difference. I feel like I'm just a cow in the herd being moved through and out. I've have felt neglected, been neglected, and even after stating I've had no improvement, nothing changed. I have been left behind a curtain with heat for over a half hour. The assistants have been nice, some receptionist, but not others. My latest and current experience has been disappointing. I initially was interviewed by the owner. He seemed bored and perplexed. Telling me that the radiologist had to have yawned when they saw my xray, he commented that the measures my podiatrist recommended where enablers (which are probably true, but kept me out of pain til other measures could be taken)and he said I don't want to be a trip wrecker on my upcoming trip. He only barely glanced at my Achilles area never checked it out. He hmmm'd and haaa'd and didn't seem to have a plan..He walked me backed to a table and told me it was a vip table, but it was just like the rest.(not that I cared) He went and talked to the assistant and I never saw him again. He didn't prescribed an amount of visits or how often. No one explained what they were doing and how it worked. When making another appointment the receptionist seemed to not know how many visits. She said I could come whenever I wanted, but didn't have an answer for me on how often or total number of visits. To sum it up, I do not feel important or cared for. Just someone they can collect a co-pay and collect my insurance coverage. Disappointing and not encouraging. If there was a better option I would go....and I may not continue if things don't improve.

My doctor sent me to Anderson PT on referal for my mid back. I went the first time sat and explained my issue with a physical therapist about the pain just under my left shoulderblade at the spine. Then I was handed off to another person who had me do stretches, then gave me a massage on the pained area. I was sent home with the same stretches to do at home. I went back 2 more times and did the exact stretches I had done at home and received a massage of my mid back at the shoulder blade area. I came down with a cold and had to cancel two appointments. Just before I was going to go back, I received a bill for $565 . I called and asked why I got a bill when this was covered by my insurance. I was told it was denied that I had a workers comp claim on my lower back. I said yea. That was 5 years ago, and for the lower back, they were treating me for mid/upper back. I was told by Anderson billing that I needed to call my insurance company to clear it up. I did, and my insurance said all Anderson needed to do was change the code to show what body part the worked on. I explained this to anderson, and they refused! I called my referring doctor, and he stated he put in the code for the closest area. That fell under the lower back, but he included, it was not workers comp related. Again, I called insurance and was told, "All they have to do is change the billing code, but good luck, they probably won't because they get more $ if they leave it" and insurance was right. I got stuck with a $565 bill next step IS TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH, BBB,CDA, APTA AND THE FSBPT.

Such a nice and relaxing atmosphere for those anxious if this is going to hurt. I've been to other places and been sore three days after every session. It's now time to figure it if aquatic physical therapy 💦is the way to go. I am hoping it's less painful with less resistant in the pool.

Went in for a work physical and one of the PT's had me lift inappropriately and I injured myself because of this. They did not have the correct equipment for my size. I'm very small. And instead of trying to accommodate me, the therapist made me lift inappropriately. I would not recommend this place.
