The people at the front counter are the best, they always are nice and remember me as well as all of the Technicians. But the Dr I was referred to (Dr. Settle) left and it was very difficult to find him. I found him via Google and continued my Cancer care. It should have been easier to know the status of my Doctor I chose to provide treatment for me.

The sweetest girls at the front desk, My father enjoys talking to them before he checks in. Dr Swarts is super nice, she made my father feel welcome and comfortable as soon as they had met. Taikuulupiaq!

Absolutely terrible customer service at the reception desk. I made the mistake of passing through the office because I didn’t notice how to get into the doors on the other side. As I am trying to explain this, she’s short. Mind you I have a husband that is dealing with cancer that struggles to walk that could be accompanied but the shorter walk through the area, I wouldn’t even bother. To include the fact that my grandfather had to be treated in the same place. She was absolutely rude. I hope that the patients that need therapy get better service.

Dr. Chung and his staff are caring,gentle and compassionate. They take time to make you fell like a friend not just a patient during a stressful time. They are the BEST.

Dr. Chung and his staff are both caring and professional. Has been my mother's Dr. For 16 years. Always kind considerate. Would not see anyone else.

Eight weeks of treatment. What an incredible group of health care providers. It was a pleasure to have such great care from them all!
