I had my uncle at this rehabilitation center for two weeks. He experienced a fall a few weeks prior and we were focus on getting as much help as possible before having to go home. The therapy team were all amazing. Nursing staff was great as well. Thank you Z and everyone that contributed to my uncles recovery.

My mother recently stayed here for rehabilitation and they treated her so amazingly! They had daily crafts and activities, and even had a PROFESSIONAL group of Latina and Latino musicians come in and put on a THREE hour concert for them! The staff are very attentive, and the fact that they are adjacent to a hospital gave me a lot of peace of mind. Zuyin in particular was an absolute saint to my mother.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Anaheim Healthcare for their exceptional care of my dad over the past 2.5 months. Every staff member has been attentive, caring, and kind. A special thanks to Chu Minh, whose support made my dad’s stay incredibly comfortable. The nurses, caregivers, and physical therapists were truly exceptional and compassionate. The facility is always clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to care for a loved one, I highly recommend Anaheim Healthcare.

I want to thank my CNA Maria Lopez for the excellent care she gave me above the call of duty. She helped me feel better about my condition and motivated me everyday to get better and ready to go home. Thank you to my case managers Abby & Sylvia for everything that you did. Thank you to Z in resident relations for your attention. I had a great experience here and would definitely returned if I had the need to. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I had two surgeries in September and was admitted to AHC late September. When I arrived I was experiencing much pain! The staff all around was very helpful. My med nurse Alex "papas" was great from day one and Ana my charge nurse as well. Thank you to Harrison my treatment nurse for helping me tremendously. I had awesome CNAs just to mention a few Julia, Thania, Teresita, Ana & Eden. The therapy team was amazing! Special thanks to Kenny & Bache. Nurse Zeny was helpful throughout my stay here. My case manager Sylvia, thank you for all your help! Z in resident relations, thank you for all your help and attention. 💕

My femur fractured four months ago and I had to make a chose where to rehab. I decided to heal and rehab at Anaheim Healthcare. I'm very glad I did! Throughout my stay here I met amazing staff members. Thank you to my cna's Thania & Julia in the mornings always very helpful. Eden, Ana & Cindy in the evening always with a smile.Thank you Fabiola who has been very helpful in the graveyard shift. Thank you Margarita RN for always assisting when in need. Thank you to my charge nurses Ana, Alex & Jonathan for always providing my medication in timely manner. My rock star therapist Bache & Kenny you guys rock and Channel & Chris for all your amazing work! Z in resident relations was the first person I met and brought much peace to mind. She introduced herself and explained key points that made me feel at ease. She helped me along the way with anything and everything and I thank her tremendously. John G also took the time to come see me and introduce himself. I will miss so many beautiful people here and would definitely recommend to any friends and family.

It was my second time coming to this facility and I am now ready to return home tomorrow. I want to express my gratitude to my awesome CNAs Julia & Thania in the am and Ana, Eden & Cindy in the evening who always promptly answered my call light and helped always with a smile. Alex, Ana and Jonathan my charge nurses who were very gentle and attentive. Thank you very much Zohreh rn who helped me with my picc line always very gentle and never felt pain. I really appreciate the kitchen they served me delicious meals throughout my days here. Thank you Farrah the evening receptionist for all your help. I especially want to thank Zuyin in resident relations for all her help and guidance. For supervising the floor and bringing peace to mind. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.
