Victoria the receptionist had a very rude tone of voice when speaking to me, and was quick to refer me out when I asked to switch to a different counselor. Felt like I was not valued as a patient. As a receptionist at a mental health facility, you should be more understanding, friendly, and kind.

Staff are professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable in what they do. Victoria answered the phone was very helpful and directed my call where it needed to go. The office is clean and kid friendly.

Victoria answered the phone and was very helpful. She directed me to some amazing therapist Lyndi and Amy . They made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this place.

I was a little hesitant about therapy at first but Victoria set me up with Amy who was a great match! I do check ins every month or so when I feel like I am struggling!

Lyndi, Myranda, and Amy are top quality! You can definitely tell why this office is one of the top in the state. They've been working with my kids for about a little over a year or so now, and their appointments are a highlight of their weeks. These professionals have provided a safe, stable, and accommodating environment for allowing open and honest communication. Office is warm and welcoming - with toys and puzzles to entertain kiddos. Doctors and staff are all so kind and truly care. Frequently making themselves available after hours or even for last minute appointments. 10/10 would recommend!

Ashley Keefover is great- 5 stars. Reason for 3 stars is no one ever answers the phone. I hate leaving voicemails because it’s just phone tag. They need to hire a full time receptionist or something.

Terrible at answering the phone. I have called numerous times and left voice messages with my call back number an no answers. I just hope that people in actual need choose somewhere else.

My teen daughter feels very comfortable with Lana. Which is kind of a big deal because... well she's a teenager! :)
