Brandon and Celin are excellent at what they do. As receptionists they are friendly. They always greet you as you enter the door and make you feel welcomed. They also make a great effort to notify patients of their upcoming appointments and help easily schedule your next one. As care takers they make sure patients are following their exercise regimen and checking to make sure if they need any help throughout their recovery process. All in all great people.

The front staff were so friendly. Shout out to Brandon and Celine and the other assistant. The Doc was very caring and precise. She was an excellent neck adjuster. They give several exercises to help lessen the pain. No I am not 100% but better than when I came. I would recommend this location for any accident patient.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. The Dr was very attentive to my care, she took her time and listened to me, she was knowledgeable and took great care of me during my visit. They had amazing hours to fit my schedule. Thank you for everything.

Professional and great staff. I visited both location at Capitol Heights and Takoma Park, and I always felt welcomed and received excellent care. Dr. Malik is not only very knowledgeable but also takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. Celine is always ready to help and assist everyone. I would definitely recommend coming here, you will be in good hands.

Jasmine & Cat really made EVERY appointment seamless. When I first started at AmeriWell after my accident, I was stiff and stifling, not only were they extremely warm with their greetings, they were patient and accommodating all throughout treatment. If every staff/center was as efficient and empathetic as them, the centers would remain flooded, but with quick turnarounds

Best physical therapist I’ve ever had! My body has been improving tremendously, and I’m starting to feel more like myself again. The receptionists are always very helpful and sweet like Celin and Brandon today! Thank you!
