I’ve used acupuncture and chiropractic services through Kaiser and the process was smooth and easy. My chiropractor complimented me on having great insurance and I found a sports acupuncture practitioner who was amazing. Never had a problem with having to get “authorization” and the acupuncture actually fixed the back pain I’d had for 2 years.

What an awful company. I had the pleasure of talking to the most unhappy and unhelpful person today. No help and not friendly one bit. She ended the call when she felt like it. So gross.

The fixed price of paying an acupuncturist is $40, regardless of how much the acupuncturist does for the patient. They only care about money and never care about patients and providers . Everyone should boycott this company.

I called for a list of participating acupuncturists near me who accepts Kaiser and was told they don't have a list. The lady was very rude and told me to go to it's website. Very poor customer service.
