I brought my 19 month old daughter to Alyssa for what looked like the reoccurrence of Torticollis. Traditional therapies (doc band, PT) helped her to an extent but her head tilt never fully went away, it would come and go. I would notice facial asymmetries, especially when looking in the mirror with her. Within one treatment, I noticed a huge difference, her eyes and jaw looked more aligned and the tilt was nearly nonexistent. The best part was she continued to improve, day after day. Now, 1 month and 3 treatments later, I see a truly amazing difference in not only her facial structure and alignment of her whole body, but also her balance; it has been remarkable. Not long ago I was feeling pretty hopeless in finding her help. I couldn’t be more grateful to Alyssa, she is such an expert in her field, passionate, and so warm.

I can't thank Alyssa enough for the work she has done to release the tension pattern my 8 month old baby boy had. His tension was preventing him from meeting his milestones and she immediately knew where the tension patterns were from the first time she met him. I followed her recommended schedule for follow up sessions to get him feeling better in his body and it was beyond amazing how quickly he responded to the CranioSacral therapy. I felt at ease going to Alyssa as she has an OT background in addition to her extensive knowledge in CST. THANK YOU ALYSSA!

Alyssa is a GEM…she is super easy to talk to about what you want to work on. In our case she was working with us to release some tension and related issues my month old baby seemed to be carrying. We saw so much improvement - he had a little bit of a recessed chin that got much better aligned. And overall just helped get him on a good trajectory, including stronger with tummy time and more engaged as his wake windows have increased. So pleased and happy to have found her location is super easy and was able to find street parking every time.

Alyssa is literally an angel on earth. We have been going to her since our baby was a little over a month old and now he is turning 9months in two weeks! In the beginning she has helped him when he was really colicky, fuzzy, and had a preference of a side. She has tremendously helped him with his pre and post tongue tie release. She is our go to. Very informative, and always tries to make sure our baby is the healthiest version. We recommend her to every parent we meet!

I feel extremely lucky to find Alyssa. My 18 month old baby was diagnosed with strabismus and after doing eye patching for about 3 months we saw very little improvement and were told that we might need to do a surgery. Even after one session with Alyssa we saw huge improvement which was incredible. Also baby gained more confidence and freedom in her body movement and improved coordination. I already went for a session myself for lower back and neck pain and was amazed how much better I felt after the session. The therapy is very gentle and precise and you can feel the results instantly. Alyssa is very passionate about her work and explains everything very well, you know you're in good hands. I highly recommend Alyssa Frey, she really does wonders.

I will start of by saying I am usually not the person that writes review. But Alyssa has been wonderful to work with from the first session. We have worked with her for about a month to release my 6 months old extreme body tension. We worked with Alyssa prior to finding out my baby had a lip and tongue tie and also worked with her post revision. I have seen a huge improvement in my baby’s tension and she is now able to move more freely and Reach her developmental milestones without restriction. I write this review to help any parents that might feel stuck with an unhappy restricted baby.

Alyssa is truly a gift to parents. We started seeing her when my daughter was about 4months old. She was not turning her head in all directions and had a lot of tension in her neck and shoulders. I will never forget how, during her very first session, my daughter lifted her head to look at me behind her. I had never seen her move her head that way before. Since then we have seen enormous improvements in her movement and much less tension throughout her body. Can't recommend these services enough!

I brought my son to Alyssa shortly after getting his tongue, cheek, and lip tie revisions. It’s incredible how quickly his torticollis and feeding patterns changed after a few sessions. Alyssa is very thorough in explaining everything that she does, and the process is extremely gentle. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of bodywork for their baby. I’m thankful for the recommendation that I got, because now i can’t even tell that my son had body tightness or breastfeeding issues. He’s reaching his milestones on time and moving around comfortably. I would say that consistency is key and would suggest getting the work done as early as you can to see quick results.
