My dad was recently in Altoona Health and Rehab. The Staff truly treated him like family. I am so very pleased with everyone at Altoona. My dad passed away on August 21, but he was being cared for by people who cared about him…and they also cared about his family. If you are faced with the difficultly of seeking nursing care or rehabilitation for a parent or loved one, look no further. At Altoona, not only are you given proper care, you are treated as with true love, kindness and respect. Five stars are not enough.

A resident from my Assisted Living stayed here for rehab. She came back to us walking and in my CV better shape. Great job from all the employees and physical therapy techs. The nurses were very kind and patient.
