I had a 60 minute massage with Joyce. She is very sweet and knowledgeable, utilized cranial-sacral techniques per my request, as well as other techniques in her tool-box. One of the most relaxing massages I have had yet! Would recommend Joyce any day :)
This place is absolutely a hidden gem for the wasilla community for a more natural health and wellness environment. They offer so many alternative treatments to help you with your problems that will listen to you. Not the place to just give you prescriptions and hope you heal, Altair will get to the bottom of your problems and take time to learn you!
The entire vibe here is a healing one! I love the aesthetics, the patient care, and how comfortable I feel with my chiropractor, massage therapists, physical therapist, and the front desk. After a few visits, I had a routine, and today, I had to shorten my massage. I was prepared for a cancellation, but instead, my chiropractor wrapped up my adjustment a little early so I could have a decent short massage. This place offers multiple massage therapy styles and even allows me to rotate for the different types I prefer so I can have well-rounded care. From the front desk to the care, I just love it here!
Called for a 120 minute massage, was told I could get 90 minutes if I could be there in 10 minutes so I rushed up there only to sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes. My therapist showed up late, and she was sick, coughing, sniffling and sneezing during my entire 55 minute massage. They still tried to charge me for 90 minutes until I reminded them I only got less than an hour. The people were very nice, and the facility is clean and relaxing, bad experience for me I won't be back.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE PROVIDERS AND STAFF!! Dr. Tara is always putting me back together and keeps me going pain free. The staff is wonderful and always welcoming and kind. The office feels more like a spa than a medical practice and is very soothing.
Hope is the feeling I have experienced with the care I have been receiving from the team here at Altair Integrative Wellness. I was diagnosed with MS in 2011, and in 2020 was experiencing an increase in my symptoms that was affecting my ability to work and enjoy life. Working with Dr. Darlene has been a new piece of the puzzle in my healing journey. I highly urge others to consult with her if they are looking for another view on what is ailing them.
This place is amazing! The people are friendly, the office manager Kayla, I think is her name, is so amazing. I was scheduled to with Dr. Tara and she was so friendly, soft hands and made me feel so much better. I recommend them 100% of the time to anyone that ask me for anything remotely medical cause they do it all.
When I didn’t think anyone could help my back situation.....I came here and I am so thankful I did! Dr. Tara Is very Professional and knows her stuff! They offer multiple services from massage to facials to chiropractic care all in one! Absolutely recommend!
