Easy to get an appointment & great communication about the status of my appointment. Easy to become a new patient by uploading my insurance information and identification. Staff was courteous and appointment was on time.

Dr. Birch takes time to answer my questions about treatment options in a clear manner. He is patient and kind. I know he will work with me to help resolve the issues with my knees, not just push me in the direction of immediate replacement surgery like other doctors have. That speaks volumes.

Dr Proctor is a fantastic physician. A consummate professional, competent and caring. A genuine asset to our community. He has performed two procedures on me and both with great outcomes. If you need him, you can sign up with confidence.

The check in staff were friendly and I was pleased that I did not wait long. Sometimes even when you have an appointment you wait for a while until the doctor can see you. They were on time. The doctor was informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend their practice.

The visit with Anne was very informative. The wait in the very crowded lobby was not too long, which has not been the case in the past. The X-Ray technician was very friendly and helpful.
