Alta Orthopaedics

My visit was very fruitful and swift. The doctor didn't waste any time to give me the proper treatment. She explained clearly and my pain was gone later that day. I must say the doctor was very stylish specially her hair cut. My next visit i will be asking her who is her hairdresser.

I left a previous review but I did not review the message as I was dictating and it was very confusing when I reread it posted. I wanted to say the doctor was very professional, thorough, good at explaining x-rays and reviewing my medical history. She was promptly on time and came into the room with an engaging smile and lovely demeanor. I found her very easy to talk to and felt confident with her diagnoses and the way she offered options and suggestions about further testing.

Professionalism ...superior. Respectfulness ...unsurpassed. Everyone at Alta is a model of what Orthopedics and medical attention should be (in my humble opinion), they have always gone above and beyond information of options, insurance, and directives for my injury. Bless you all!

Dr. Wickman and the staff at Alta Orthopedics are the absolute best at what they do. I am absolutely confident I will receive the best patient care from check-in throughout the visit. Dr. Wickman is professional, compassionate, friendly and easily communicates with me. Julia, her P.A. Works seamlessly with Dr. Wickman and are the perfect patient care team. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wickman and her practice to anyone.

She was the first doctor in 4 1/2 years who immediately knew what my back issue was. I had surgery 11/16/23. I’m feeling great thanks to her. She is definitely a expert in her field…and a nice doctor also.

Dr. Wickman is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. My surgery went so well, that when my husband needed possible neck surgery, we went back to see her. We have to travel 95 miles to see her, but her knowledge, expertise and skill are absolutely worth it!

She's not someone who I would consider being a warm and inviting person. I felt as though her loyalties are misaligned. I am not wrong when I say that I expect all physicians to put the patient and their needs first. Always. Dr. Lomedio is a hard pass for me after my experience with her, I find her unprofessional, cold and useless.

First post op visit all went very well. Julia , PA answered all my questions and let me know what to expect before my next visit with Dr. Wickman. I saw Dr Wickman for my 2 month follow up and she was both positive and realistic about my surgery and recovery. She has a good sense of humor too. I would highly recommend her a a surgeon and as a doctor who really cares about her patients.
