My mom has been transferred to this facility for rehab treatment since this past Wednesday. The check in staff on the first floor are so unfriendly and mean. The room is super warm in the upper 70s all the time, and the AC is just blowing warm air, specially after told the staff to turn the temperature down. The person in charge of ordering food forgot to order food for the whole floor the other day. Yesterday, Dinner starts at 6pm, but my mom did not get to have her food till 8:30pm. Food portion is so small, and I have to bring additional food to her myself so that she would not feel hungry all the time. My mom is only a 110-lb tiny woman! There is more! There was a physical therapist did not even show up according to schedule, and another therapist show up 10 minutes late. Before transferring to this place, the inpatient liaison promised 4 hours of combined physical, occupational and speech therapy; however, it was 2.5 hours at most. My mom she did a lot practice by herself instead of with medical professionals. So, it has been such unpleasant and unprofessional experience here so far! I will update again once she get discharged! My recommendation: Do not go here!
