Alpine Physical Therapy and Sports Performance

Brett and the entire staff at Alpine are phenomenal! I tore my ACL skiing, and post surgery I wanted to get back to all things sports (trail running, mountain biking and of course skiing!) ASAP and Brett made that possible! He worked with me to understand my goals and concerns (and also told me what not to worry about!) And made each session different, interesting, fun, and the right amount of difficulty! If you have any sports related injury or athletic goals, look no further than these guys, they're the best!!

So, I have been to Brett for two separate issues. One was a severely sprained ankle that never seemed to heal, and the other was a pretty serious knee surgery for a full meniscus repair. I compete in downhill skateboarding at a competitive level, so having a therapist who took me seriously and actually had concern for my well-being after recovery was essential. Brett went above and beyond during my almost year-long recovery after my surgery. He was super thorough in making sure my knee could handle some of the extreme positions I use for skating, and it's probably stronger and more flexible than my good knee is now! Thank you for everything, Brett!

Zach at Alpine PT and Performance has been instrumental in my recovery from a femoral neck fracture. After a frustrating experience with my previous outpatient PT, who kept me on a cane without addressing my gait deficiency or answering my questions on muscle and nerve damage, I was having difficulty visualizing a full recovery. My injury was far more complex than just getting back to the gym or walking long distances. From the beginning, Zach recognized the need for a targeted approach to re-engage severely damaged muscles. He carefully measured output from my injured leg compared to my normal leg, tailoring exercises to build strength and function gradually. His precise and personalized approach has been key to my improvement. I genuinely can't recommend Zach highly enough for anyone in need of specialized, effective physical therapy!

I saw Zach for PT in preparation for a 9-day backpacking trip. He was very knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming! He figured out a few issues I was having (foot, knee, hip), and helped me get to a place where I successfully completed a bucket list trip without interference from these issues! I would definitely recommend Zach and Alpine Physical Therapy to get you moving.

I’ve been working with Brett for about a year now. When I first saw him, I barely could squat without knee pain, now I am performing single legged squats, lifting heavy and experiencing NO pain. I couldn’t recommend him more. He takes time, listens and executes a plan that will no doubt get you feeling good again.

I had the best experience with Brett and the Alpine team. I went from post-op (acl repair) to stronger than I ever was before and had a ton of fun while doing it. Brett knows his stuff and pushes you the right amount to get strong. Highly highly recommend.

I've gone here for over 3 years and have been EXTREMELY HAPPY! The area is clean and staged with all the necessary equipment. I've been seeing Brett for the entire time and he's great as well as the rest of the staff! U won't go wrong!
