Nicole is an amazing therapist! She is kind, patient, and above all super knowledgeable! She helped me get back to walking after I sprained my ankle, and gave me tips and strategies to manage my injury so I could get back to work! I can’t recommend her and her team enough!

I am nothing but grateful for Nikki. She is one of the best physical therapists out there. Before every competition she takes the time and patience to really help me with any tightness I might be feeling. You will not regret going to her.

We LOVE Alpha PT and recovery!!!!!! My daughter is a dancer and she first visited Dr Jess for post injury rehabilitation of her left foot. After her injury she was suffering from stiffness and decreased Mobility in the foot which was affecting her ability to pointe. After six weeks with Jess she gained it back and then some! Jess not only worked on strengthening her foot but helped her with overall balance, core strength and so much more! She loved it so much that we now do strength and conditioning with Jess. She is so knowledgeable and I love that she explains the reasons for the exercises so dancers understand the why not just the how. My daughter has seen so much improvement in her leaps and turns and just overall alignment. Thank you Jess and Alpha PT we love you guys!

Alpha Physical Therapy’ staff has made such a difference in the lives of my daughter !. My daughter is a dancer and she was having some knee issues for months, she was in pain and many times she can’t walk after dancing, Nikky and Jess knew right away what she needed to work on and strengthen to correct her issue. They identified the foundational things she lacked and came up with a personalized plan to get her body moving properly! Within the first session, she felt amazing ease of pain and an immense difference in her range of motion! They truly cares for their patients and their all around well being. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and has been able to challenge my 10-year old daughter while still making it fun. We have seen noticeable progression with my daughter's knee recovery post surgery. We highly recommend Alpha, especially if your progression is not where you would like it to be.
