Going on 4 weeks since I tried to get setup. Never return calls. Stopped in multiple times. Always said they needed to contact insurance or dr office. Gave them everything needed. Still no call. Horrible customer service.

Alpha and Omega ---the absolute best physical therapists on the mountain! The therapists here truly care about you and your recovery. Every patient has their own licenced physical therapist treating them their entire session ensuring everything is explained and done properly. Gregor was nice, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his diagnosis for my therapy plan. The next week my PT was Leslie, who was very sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. She explained everything, giving me the most effective modern treatments and care. They are amazing! I feel so much better and I am grateful, because I now have confidence in my recovery! Thank You!!!
If you have been looking for an actual physical therapy clinic and tired of the stock yard environment of the clinics in snowflake/taylor give them a try only 20 mins and you actually get hands on care Jamie Simone & Chuck excellent PROFESSIONAL care.
