Ally Pediatric Therapy - Surprise

Ally employes therapists who violate hiipa. They discussed my son’s heath information infront of other parents and kids in the front lobby. Also, my son did not progress while there. One of his temporary BCBAs actually had the nerve to suggest a multitude of tests to get done for him based off a conversation with one of her “nurse friends”. My son’s psychiatrist was very upset about the BCBA trying to make health recommendations outside of her scope of practice. Would not recommend this Ally location.

My son's been going to Ally for almost 3 years now and he has made some extraordinary progress. Special shout-out to Emma (SLP), Hannah (SLP), Felix, Armando, Kaysha, Mayzie, Shayna, and Anna R for being the headstrong leaders of my son's current and former team. What I enjoy the most about the sessions is that it's child-led and they don't teach him how to mask. My son always comes home in a good mood and is always eager to return. He is non-speaking and has shown a lot of progress with his communication through his AAC device thanks to Emma & Hannah. He does, generally, elope a lot less than what he used to and they continue safety measures and lessons throughout his day. Safety is a huge concern for us and his team really follows up with our concerns for safety to let us know the progress he's making. A great experience so far and expected to be great going forward. I'm grateful I found them for their early intervention to help my son be his best self and feel more comfortable in his environments! Extra kudos to Ruth at the front! I appreciate her professionalism and keeping us updated on events, out-of-offices, and any schedule changes. Thank you, Ally, for being my son's ally!

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Ally's staff. We transferred from another location and I was worried that my daughter might not transition so well, but she loves it! I cherish the love and compassion that Aliyah, Alayna, Gina, Mayzie and Emma all have for my daughter! They're such a blessing. ❤️ Edited to add: My son now attends, so two of my children go to Ally and they’re BOTH thriving!! They really do have the best staff! A huge thank you to Richie, Jezabel, Jackie and Felix for all their hard work and dedication to Gavin. I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

No connection with the kids and dishonest to parents! All about money I highly do not recommend
