Ally Pediatric Therapy - Central Phoenix

we only participated in these services for 5 weeks. i never had a bad experience with such a highly talked about therapy service. my daughter went through 5-10 therapist every week. she didn't have a constant therapist. she was sick alot due to a weakened immune system. which caused alot of absences due to staffing issues. my daughter had a traumatic experience with a black person which makes her have severe issues. the law protects her from this. i was made false promises and was told over and over we can accommodate or this issue is fixed when that never happened. caused me alot of stress and caused alot of issues in my home. we had meetings for 4 weeks straight without a break. my daughter has 11 other doctors and therapists along with her brother being special needs and have just as much appointments. this company expects a parent to drop all appointments for a meeting. When I asked for updates I never received them.

the best decision that we have made for our daughter this place always reaches out to us with what is going on and places out daughter at the center of all decisions. They have been our advocate and have help shape out daughter into the person she is today. I cannot think of taking my daughter anywhere else with the team she has

This is the best place for ABA and Speech services, my son received 8monts of therapy at this location, he loved this place, and we have seen very good improvement. Thank you Courtney, Anna, Lynette, and Meg!!!
