Dr. Shell is the most cold hearted doctor I've met. He showed me no compassion nor did he bother to ask for any details of all my medical conditions. Today, he knocked me down a whole pill, when I already had a plan with the P.A. she's out on maternity leave so now am stuck with less meds and a lot more pain. Would never recommend this clinic!

Doctor shell is cold hearted and likes to pretend he's God. He has no compassion for the well being of any of his patients. If there was a minus button on this review he would be at the highest negative review possible. If you must go to this pain clinic,I implore you, do not see Dr.Shell. My wife passed her drug test and had to wait for them to schedule her appointment. She was 2 days without medicine and doctor Shell told her to deal with it and cut her off completely.He is cold hearted, egotistical, Conceded, poor excuse for a doctor.

I am a veteran with a neck injury and have been to several doctors over a 20 year span but after only a year they have done several procedures on me and have reduced my pain by more than 80%. They have reduced my pain meds by nearly 90% because I no longer need the large doses that I once took. As there is several veterans doctors here as well I feel right at home. They have pushed me but I have pushed myself more and I can't say enough good thi gs about this pain clinic. Every one here is get and have never been made to feel like I don't have a voice in any of my care. I have always been listened to and always been given more respect than any other clinic I have been to. I would highly recommend that anyone with pain problems come here and don't give up on them as they will not give up on you!!!!!! Semper Fidelis and God Bless

In April of 2021 I was bartending and I injured my back untapping a keg. The next day I woke up and couldn't walk. I went to the workers comp doctor and they suggested physical therapy, it didn't help. Fast forward 5 months and I had physical therapy, dry needling, cupping, massage therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic treatment. Nothing worked and the doctors said my disk wasn't herniated enough for surgery. I ended up in the ER because of pain and finally the ER doctor decided on surgery. I had a L5 S1 microdiscectomy which resulted in some relief but not enough to were I can function properly. My nerve still thinks is compressed and I still live in pain. I have seen seven different doctors and it feels like all of them just throw their hands up and say, "we don't know what will fix this." I live with pain everyday. I finally found Dr. Ariel Shaifer at Allpria! She listens to me, cares about what I'm going through and is trying to find a solution. The staff is friendly and also listen for whats in YOUR best interests. Trish is an amazing nurse that makes you feel comfortable and not rushed out the door. I honestly don't know what I'd do if I wouldn't of found this wonderful place. I finally feel like I will make it through this with the help of the people in this office.

Dr. Shell is a caring and compassionate doctor. He listens and is very knowledgeable. He definitely knows what he is doing. May God Bless you Dr Shell wherever you go.

I have sciatica and lower back pain. Allpria in Longmont has been wonderful to work with. The office staff is friendly and always seem glad to see me. Dr. Shell is the best pain doc I’ve had and the treatments he ordered have helped me to walk with a lot less pain. Highly recommend. If you work with him he will work with you!

I went here out of utter desperation due to severe heel pain that's limited my mobility by 70% and chronic pain in my head and neck from being RUN OVER. The NP promised me PT, Counseling and possibly medication. Then I met DR Shell! He hadn't even reviewed my images and told me "What even happened to you to request so much images?" I explained my circumstances and he siad "Nothing's wrong with you, what is it you even want?" I mentioned I can't take meds consecutively and possibly PT and low dose pain meds. He became irritated rolled his eye's and siad "I'm NOT prescribing YOU opiates! If you want a cortisol shot in your foot I'll do it but, It hurts like hell!" I responded "Yes let's do it" fighting back tears and humiliation. "Huhh I don't have time for you NOW!" Schedule it. I have never felt so humiliated and and dejected in my life. Such a lack of empathy it is shocking. Now I feel totally hopeless!

Ariel listened to what I had to say and didn’t push to one thing or another. She gave me all the options available and let me choose what I felt was right for me. Hailey and Carly were extremely nice and treated me with dignity and respect. There isn’t a better team out there (and I have seen quite a few) that will make you feel welcomed and deserving as they do.
