I have MS so I do 2 rounds of PT per year at this location. I find the staff to be very professional, compassionate and helpful. All time spent with your physical therapist is one on one. This is so valuable. My physical therapist is Cruz. He always take the time to understand what is happening with me and quickly adapts the program to fit my needs that day. His thorough assessment helped to find the most effective physical therapy routine for my specific needs. When my physical therapy round concluded, he also provided me with a great at home program so I could sustain the strength and mobility I had gained with his PT. Cruz is also very personable which helps to make PT fun. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs Physical Therapy.

Emphasize SENIOR in the description. Not a place to send someone for actual REHAB; only a senior (near death) care facility. Patients are cared for but no effort is made to get people on their feet, moving around and becoming self-sufficient again. No effort made with physical, occupational or speech therapy. Family and visitors are not allowed to participate or even witness therapy sessions which are minimal at best. If you care about the patient's future well being avoid this place at all costs. Staff does their minimal job but are completely restricted in what they can actually do for the benefit of the patient because of "protocols" put in place by management. My wife left the facility in worse condition, mentaly and physically, than when she was admitted. *** Please note that the facility does not respond to negative reviews. They only respond to favorable reviews. Cowards. Formerly John Heinz Rehab.

I’ve been fortunate to have services at John Hienz Spine Center for quite a few years. I know when I go for treatment I will come out with great results. The staff is so very well trained, and welcoming . I have referred quite few of my friends to the center for rehab. I have several of the therapist and all have been great, however my heart belongs to Theresa. Thank you.

I was a patient here for rehabilitation x3 for post ACL surgery- in HS and in college along with my sister x2. Theresa and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming each time! They got us through a lot, especially on the tough days. I wouldn’t have made it through and continued on to play soccer in college if it weren’t for the Spine and Sport center. I highly recommended their health care services as they hold their care to the highest of standards and professionalism. I can’t thank Theresa and staff enough! :)

Great place to go, great environment, everyone is very nice, professional and helpful. Robin is my physical therapist and she is amazing at what she does and helped me get well each time. I enjoy every session and I have fun talking to Robin.

I am so very grateful to have Jackie Pearson and Lori Ackerman as my therapists. This branch isn’t near my home. I am driven an hour to get here and the reason is because you can’t get this kind of treatment anywhere else. I truly believe I wouldn’t be at the level of recovery I’m experiencing now without them. Thank you Allied for having the best staff!

Jacki and lori have both been treating me at the john heinz outpatient clinic in wilkes barre and have me feeling better mind, body, and soul with each visit! After my experience with both of them I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else for my physical or occupational therapy!
