The doctor was great and experienced however, the waiting room at the one on Blossom Hill has a receptionist is making pharmacy refill phone calls using patient's name, while patients are listening waiting for a room! Patients are rudely allowed to sit and jabber away on their phones, super uncomfortable from a privacy standpoint and from a pain standpoint but the best part is there are procedure videos running-- like a cheap dentist's office ---they have these horrible televisions with ongoing spinal procedure videos running in your face while you're trapped sitting there. These are people in pain. Why don't they have relaxing scenes and quiet to comfort them?

Allied Pain and spine Institute goes above and beyond in their of you. They are creative and work hard at getting insurance companies to approve procedures. Safe and clean environment. The phone system has improved and I find staff will work with me on scheduling. Everyone I have seen has been excellent.

After battling CRPS for a decade, I have finally found a reliable, compassionate, capable and trusted care provider in Allied Pain And Spine. Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is, well, very complex, and, in my vast experience as a pain patient, navigating the medical and insurance system can be an absolute nightmare of beaurocracy and dismissiveness, but APSI has been a safe harbor of humanity and understanding. I shudder to imagine where I'd be without the effective treatments, genuine kindnesses, and depth of understanding I've found in this place. They are knowledgeable about an extremely difficult disorder, they are geniunely caring individuals who have helped me in some of my darkest hours, they are flexible and understanding with the limitations my condition places upon me, and they have helped me regain a level of functionality I had previously lost hope for. Stage 3 CRPS presents in me as spasms and debilitatingly painful seizures of my right limb, but because of their knowledge, care and dedication, I've been able to walk, drive, and enjoy life again more than I ever thought I would be able to. I am pleased to give a five-star rating to Allied Pain & Spine Institute. I was referred to Allied Pain by my orthopedist for my pain management not requiring surgery. I have been working with Dr. Polsunas and feel in such good hands. He is compassionate, listens, and offers options/solutions to my concerns. Allied Pain & Spine offers several alternatives without having to search for other venues. I have also worked with Dr.Chang for acupuncture with great results and most recently with Dr.Soler for chiropractor treatment - after two sessions I feel so much better. Thank you all for improving my quality of life!

If you need help with billing don’t expect it. I’ve been trying for about a month to get copies of our billing and insurance forms since they will not bill our insurance so we can get reimbursed. They will not talk to us directly and give us the runaround. This has impacted us significantly. Doctors are good but hopefully you don’t need to deal with the backend office.

I have been getting acupuncture with Dr. Chang. She is not.only a lovely person but an excellent acupuncturist. When she inserts the needles I can barely even feel it. I appreciate her gentle touch. When I had an issue a few weeks ago, she got a laptop out and made sure I was scheduled twice in the next week so she could follow-up, even though it made her schedule super tight. It's been a long time since I have found any doctor that cares as much as she does.

I was in a accident and was very hesitant to go beyond physical therapy for my back, actually terrified of needles “ still am” my back got even worse day by day I finally got courage to get medical treatment epidural for my back and honestly was in the best hands with these doctors. I’m so thankful for these doctors and this office they are caring and helped take some anxiety away! Doctor Celine Chang was a very professional, nice, energetic, able to answered all the questions acupuncture doctor. She was so nice that she even sacrificed her lunch break for my treatment. I felt great right after the first treatment of the acupuncture by Doctor Chang. Thank you Doctor Chang! I would love to recommend Doctor Chang to anyone who is looking for acupuncturist.
