Alliance Urgent Care

We went in for a electric scooter crash for my kid who had cut open her hand and gotten something stuck inside. The staff and provider were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Explained everything going on and treated my kid as the patient not just focused on me as the parent. We were able to get in and out within roughly a half hour. Im very thankful to them to help get it taken care so quickly and professionally.

I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes to see someone. I think I saw a PA. I don’t remember her name, but I do remember her being knowledgeable and asking a lot of questions. I got an accurate diagnosis and treatment and now I’m feeling better!

Dr. Young gave me the best experience. He provided excellent care and made me feel so much better about my situation. I’ve always gone to this urgent care, and this was my first time meeting him, I will definitely recommend others to come to this urgent care due to my experience with Dr. Young.

I’m not from Arizona. I travel for work and was concerned about going to any urgent care. But I read the reviews about this one and went. And I’m glad I did pick this one. The service was very professional and the workers all very polite and helpful. They got me in and out really quick. The doctor was very nice and made me feel like he listened and cared about what was going on with me and didn’t just brush it off. I will definitely go to urgent care if I have a need in the future .

They were really nice and helpful. All three people I saw today were really nice the receptionist was welcoming, the PA was very quick at accessing what was going on and had me in and out! The MA/ XRAY tech was very nice and understanding. I’m thankful I found this urgent care if I ever need to go back I will.

He demonstrates a Superb approach when caring for patients and Dr. Donald tops it off with an Awesome diagnoses followed by written prescriptions. As always, personalized service and care. I went to an Urgent Care yesterday (not this one) unfortunately it was a really long wait so I had to go home and then go back to see how busy they were, and they ended up not being able to do much. I was referred by my niece to this Urgent Care so I stopped by today to see if they could see me. The staff was wonderful and wait time was minimal. The doctor exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond getting xrays done then and there, and referred me to a Specialist. I also got an Orthopedic shoe and crutches right away which will help a lot. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anybody that needs care right away, they are the best!
