I saw Avisha at Alliance Physical Therapy for six months after a fall that resulted in a bad tibia plateau fracture, and I was extremely pleased with their service and expertise. The front desk staff were easy to work with for insurance billing and appointment scheduling. The office is conveniently located in NW DC. The therapists and technicians made a very difficult time for me much more enjoyable. I was confident in their abilities and trusted their treatment. They did their best to make me comfortable while challenging me three days a week to improve. When I started with them, I was unable to walk and in a wheelchair; as I complete my therapy with them, I am walking again. I'd highly recommend them!

Bianca is the best physical therapist that I've had, and I have been to many over the years. She is smarter than the podiatrists and orthopedists that I've had. She has worked with me on balance, core strengthening and most recently, a variety of feet problems. Her assessment of my issues is spot on. She takes great care to ensure the treatments work. And, they do. I am also impressed by the professionalism and warmth of all the staff, from the receptionists to the therapists and assistants. Simply put, I wish I could give Bianca ten stars -- she deserves it.

Although the staff here is good and the service is good and I have no real complaints about the actual service provided (hence the 3 stars) ; they refuse to validate parking for the parking structure in their own building. If you have appointments twice a week and you need to drive in for any reason; that means you're going to pay $50.00 a week just to PARK at your physical therapy; let alone whatever additional hundreds you are paying for the privilege of being there. Again, I really like the service and staff here but the cost of parking is prohibitive and they should be willing to validate parking.

I've been working with Alliance Physical Therapy for about 2 months now. They were flexible with scheduling. I was able to get a weekly appointment at 7am, which was perfect for work conflicts. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and good humored. I worked closely with Autumn, who was the DPT who originally assessed me, and I found that she is one of the friendliest healthcare professionals I've encountered. I also truly enjoyed my time with Bianca, Avisha, Andrew, and Gino. Gino is really good at making you feel comfortable while doing the exercises, and he is curious about your life and will remember your conversation from week to week (another rare occurrence among healthcare professionals) Each person I named adds awesome knowledge and strength to the team at Alliance, I always feel well taken care of and really enjoy catching up with the team. Overall, I always left Alliance with a smile on my face and feeling stronger week to week with my sprained AC joint. Thank you, Alliance!

From the front desk welcome to the therapists who worked as a team to help me meet my goal of pain free movement, I have only positive things to say about the Alliance staff at the Washington Circle office. I am inspired by their commitment to quality care and personable service to all patients. I highly recommend this PT practice.

If you are ever in need of physical therapy, I would strongly urge you to consider going to Alliance Physical Therapy at Washington Circle. I attended this location for over a year and a half due to a severe accident that required a lengthy and painful healing process. The staff were upfront and honest with me from the first days and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout the healing process. The therapists and aides are all caring, attentive, and, in my opinion, quite funny (though I wouldn't recommend encouraging Andrew or Marc). Though I was happy to have been rehabilitated, I can honestly say that I was more than a little disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to see the wonderful staff at Alliance anymore. If you should need Physical Therapy for whatever reason, I cannot recommend Alliance Physical Therapy enough.

The whole team at Alliance PT is very friendly and that helps make rehabbing a thing to look forward to during the week. My personal experience is mostly with Bianca Bass, who has done a tremendous job helping me work on two sports injuries that remained unsolved by a handful of other people I had seen during college. Bianca's determination and knowledge is truly impressive, and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else for a sports injury.

Bianca and team worked with me for many months to rehabilitate my shoulder after a broken collar bone injury. The team was excellent and provided many tools and exercises to help me return my shoulder to a normal level of activity. I really appreciate their patience and perseverance.
