My doctor said, “you probably don’t need PT, but if you do… go to Alliance.” Guess what? I needed PT. I tried Bob and Brad the PT’s on YouTube. I got the steroid shot in my hip, but what I really needed was someone who could assess the cause and stop treating symptoms. Chris was aces on this. He was so thorough in examining a long history of overuse of muscles, misuse in gym equipment, misuse in warm-up exercises and recognized gait problems that developed over time. The techs are a hoot..Shout out to Theresa and Daisy. Wendy at the desk is very accommodating. If you are on the fence, like I was….go and get assessed by professionals; this is not the “shake and bake” PT that you may have experienced in the past. This is assessment, education, encouragement and practice all wrapped up into one. Thank you for allowing me to be active again.
