All star speech is a God send. As a teacher of 16 years who worked with children with special needs, and a parent of children with speech delays, apraxia of speech and auditory processing disorder, I can tell you that All Star Speech is by far the most child centered, effective and nurturing environment I could have ever asked for. They understand the behavioral challenges of children who have struggled with speech and other delays and they are well prepared to handle whatever comes their way. They treat my children with kindness and understanding all while challenging them, facilitating growth and pushing them towards progress. Vicky has the patience and calmness of a saint, Melissa does a great job helping parents understand what they can do to help their children and Liz has a way of helping kids without them even realizing that that’s what she is doing. The growth I have seen in my two children is nothing short of astonishing. My previously non-verbal child LOVES going to speech and practicing new sounds and “playing” games, all the while he is making progress towards being verbal. He had some serious behavioral challenges when we first came a year and a half ago, and his speech therapist never gave up on him. She worked through the problems with him and consulted with his occupational therapist who also works onsite, and now my son happily goes to speech every week. As a parent, I can tell you that I know my children are safe and actively learning while they are at All Star Speech. I am so thankful to have found them because without them I highly doubt my children would have made such progress. If you are looking for a place that will truly help your child, I highly suggest looking into All Star Speech. If you are looking for an occupational therapist Desire who runs Wonder Kids at the same location, is one of a kind. She took my son on and has worked to help him start writing and so much more. He went from nothing but scribbles to being able to write most of his alphabet, sorting like a pro and most importantly she works with him on his sensory regulation. He went from not being able to sit and focus for more than 2 minutes to being able to sit and focus for periods of time up to 30 minutes! She has even helped me learn ways to help him, help himself and I’m an ESE teacher! She is simply the most amazing occupational therapist I have ever seen. She does not shy away from a challenge and I can tell you that when I first brought my son to her, it was truly a challenge. She has done an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn’t take him to her sooner. I even recommended her to my neighbors who have since started bringing their daughter to her and the growth is amazing! Long story short, if you have child who needs speech and/or OT, this is the place you want to take them. The collaborative efforts of both speech and OT have been a game changer for my son and the changes I see in him are nothing short of a miracle.

All-Star Speech makes your child a priority! Ms. Vicky and her staff go above and beyond to provide the best environment to help your child develop the language skills they need. Our child has been going to All-Star speech for over 4 years and the gains he has made are truly unbelievable. Ms. Vicky is professional, dedicated, and passionate about her profession. She is warm, caring, and understands our kiddos needs. She’s a phenomenal therapist, and one of the best human beings we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Highly recommend, All-Star Speech!

They have a high turn around rate with their employees. First red flag. They do not answer their phones nor do they return calls or messages. They have docked my child as a no call no show because they do not answer their phones and my child was in a school bus accident. Fortunately Liz was able to get that no call no show removed since it was due to their negligence. they have threatened to remove my child from her spot if I took her out of state to visit family for a couple weeks thankfully Liz was able to get that situation handled for me when I expressed my concerns about the text messages I received from this company after I had asked about it. Liz is the only employee that actually cares about the children and the children’s needs and the only employee that doesn’t have a stuck up attitude. unfortunately she will no longer be working there. Today I received a call rather than the usual unprofessional text if I’m lucky to get that and was told that if they can’t find a new employee to replace the only good one they have then I have to find a new place for my child to attend which is ridiculous. I was on a wait list for four months and just a few short months after my child starts we have to start all over again. Their secretary quit months ago and they still don’t have one. I would not recommend this place for anybody’s children. Children with special needs need a routine and they lack that in every way communication is very poor.

Our family met Vicky over a year ago to help our son with speech issues. Vicky has been amazing!!! She see's our son at his "school" so we don't get to see her face to face, but she is always in contact with us about his progress. Our son loves his time with Ms. Vicky and we have seen amazing improvements. She has gone above and beyond to help us and our son get the best care he needs. I can not thank Vicky enough for all that she does.

Our 3 year old daughter started seeing Ms.Vicky mid covid. She was referred by our pediatrician who had nothing but great things to say about her and we can see why now. Her facility is so clean and covid safe. She has helped her disfluencies tremendously. Normally our daughter never likes going anywhere without us but she doesn’t stop talking about Ms. Vicky throughout the week. I totally trust her with our daughter.

My wife got a call back and while they could not accept us new patients due to scheduling and all the therapists being booked, they were so helpful to tell us where we could possibly go. Also provided great information and helpful tips. It was a wonderful call and so glad they called us back. Appreciate the info. 😁

This place is absolutely fantastic, it was a little difficult to find with Google maps it had us parking in the back of the building so don't pay attention to that it is on Springhill Drive. Liz took care of our child's testing. She was extremely well organized professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The owner seems really nice. They are short staffed so the communication wasn't what I was hoping for upon first contacting. But, my experience had improved a lot since finally talking with the owner. There's a wait list but I think this place could be worth the wait. Updated to a 5. We finally got in for a speech evaluation. The place is so clean and packed full of nice stuff. Staff (the owner in particular) are very sweet. Worth the wait.
